If you are going to send a cell phone you must pack it well otherwise they will steal it like they lost it to me and they are not responsible, the tracking shows that they did not receive it and they gave me a tracking number of which not even they know where was generated.

TJ said Amazon may not be accept my return in the manufacturers brown box. So I let him put it in a bag which I assumed was a favor since that how I asked. Then he told me it was $3.52. I reluctantly paid but brought the amazon box back to repackage myself since I had it. Nick is very rude, he denied refunding me for the bag or giving me back my package which was sitting behind him. He acted like I was an idiot. Get a new manager, you have now lost a loyal customer over a plastic bag.

If I could rate my experience today it would be a zero. Yesterday I visited this store with my two young children. I paid $74 dollars to mail a package to St Croix. After providing the address three times to the UPS rep I was assured it would reach the destination in 6-8 business days.
I received the package this morning at my door. I went back to UPS and was told they would not refund me nor help me fix the issue. I was told I can pay another $74 dollars. I asked to speak with the manager who would not meet me. I was told the package “they” used was not for international mailing.
My husband returned later and was told the package was correct however, it was my fault because I didn’t verify the address. They said it was not their fault ( even through they entered the address into their computer). They mentioned to my husband the package was the correct package.
Essentially we both were told different reasons why our package couldn’t be sent.
The manager Zach was incredibly rude to my husband. All he kept saying was it’s my fault. My husband asked how it could be my fault when I provided the correct address when the employee entered it into their system. The regional manager of this store is Ryan and the owner is David.
All we wanted was to find a remedy either by a refund or a new package as this is not our fault. I know I will not be visiting this store again.

I was happy when this UPS store opened on 380, but my last 2 visits were terrible because of the attitude of one employee, mostly their manager. There was no greeting, and they were very rude when handling my Amazon returns. The store’s internet is spotty, and I had trouble pulling up my return label. The employee told me to take screenshots next time, which I appreciate, but he said it in a way that made me feel like I was wasting his time.
Additionally, they were not even aware of how the "send to a friend" return label on Amazon works and not to use it to send label to their store email address, which eventually worked.
I understand the need for efficiency, but good customer service goes a long way. This was the second time I had this experience, and I’ll be using a different store for my shipping needs. If the manager was having a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on customers. I hope the store owner addresses this issue.

Horrible Horrible service from Nick(manager)and one of the employees. Nick has very poor customer service skills. Rude for no reason and not able to answer questions. I was attempting to send a package out, using the same address for the TO and From line and a telephone number, paid for the service but after a week the package was not received. When back to the store and my package was never shipped. Store manager David Cloud I would really like to speak to you if possible. I was told I was the rude one because I asked questions.
