This is my 8th year at Title, and currently at the Frisco location. I've found it to be a great workout. The Frisco trainers are personable & professional, bringing different styles to the experience.

Absolutely great place to get a solid workout in a really cool environment. The first session kicked my butt, but it was the best workout I’ve had in a while. Great instructors and encouraging environment.

Kelsie is awesome with the kids! She has the right balance of being firm yet caring. She deals with a lot of kids at once, and does a great job managing the class size she has. My three kids get a great workout both mentally and physically! I'm so glad we found this place.
