“i’ve only had five sessions so far but i look forward to being apart of the spenga fam for the long run. summer at the front is very sweet and all the staff are very welcoming. At my first session they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Kaci is my favorite spenga instructor and her classes are fun. i definitely wouldn’t be able to workout that hard on my own and it’s nice being in a judgment free community! defi recc this place to anyone seeking a flexible workout membership :)”

“Some friends of mine out of state have been telling me to try F45 for a couple of years now but I hated the idea of a workout class. I finally gave in and wanted to see what all of the hype was about. I get it! This class is amazing! Sounds weird but I love that there are no mirrors. Everyone is there to really get a good workout it. You can go at your own pace as strong o heavy as you'd like and the workouts are different every day so you don't get bored. The trainers have all been great and supportive. The class is full but not over crowded and follow trainees are all really friendly. 10/10 recommend.”

The gym itself has a huge selection of just about all the equipment you would need if you are just starting out or a seasons gym rat. “This location reminds me of your gritty 80s montage Rocky movie gym. Equipment is clearly used and abused, quiet, but always a fee people working out minding their business 24 hrs a day.This is a fantastic gym to come in, get a workout in uninterrupted, and leave. Just people trying to improve their health here.If you’re looking for the best new equipment, look elsewhere though.Gym has the typical issue of weights never being put back (100% on garbage human members) but every piece of equipment works, which is rare.All in all, I like to call this gym my home away from home”

“I would give more stars if I could!! BP Performance has completely surpassed any expectations I had for the facility. My son started with the youth one on one training and almost immediately the physical changes started to show. In addition, to my surprise, his confidence and discipline both soared after a short time with BP Performance. To see him grow as he has cannot be matched by others, and trust me, I have tried different youth facilities in the DFW area.Additionally, I started working out with one of the trainers. Life had gotten in the way of me making time for myself and my health was not where I wanted it to be. I started personal training sessions with Janell, and when I say it has been life changing, I really think that is an understatement. Not only have I lost weight and inches, I have gained muscle and feel like a new person. My overall health has improved and it is very noticeable.I would highly recommend BP Performance for youth training: one on one sessions, speed and agility sessions and camps, and even their youth football teams. Also, I cannot recommend enough the trainers, who do adult personal training and bootcamps, when I say life changing, it is the truth.”

“Found out about this gym on class pass and loved adding it into my routine. I always take strength training classes with coach Felix, but I’ve heard from others in my classes that all the instructors are great! Felix always takes his time going over and demonstrating the proper way to do exercises and ensures you’re doing them correctly throughout the whole class! Plays great music and is super knowledgeable about the benefits from each workout while constantly switching it up! I always leave dripping and feeling so accomplished for the day, I’ve noticed improvements in my strength pretty quickly! Would definitely recommend this to anyone at any fitness level!”

“F45 West Frisco rocks! Becca, Dustin, and John make coming to workout fun and rewarding. They are energetic, greet you at the door with a smile on their face, and have a high five at the ready. What I really love about F45 is that you just have to show up. You don't have to think, you just have to do it. The workouts are planned, the equipment is ready, the trainers demo the exercises, and start the class. 45 minutes later, you're done!There are all kinds of folks who workout here. “I enjoyed this kickboxing class as it was nonstop ass kicking. I liked the boxing stands versus the punching bags because it won't leave your legs as bruised. They make you stand in your orthodox and south paw stances to give both sides an even workout. Unorthodox but makes sense. My only suggestion is to do all the warm-ups in the beginning and a cool down at the end with kickboxing in between. What happened was warm-up, kickboxing for a few minutes, exercises in between where you might need your gloves off, more kickboxing, and switching back and forth. It was annoying having to take off my gloves and putting them on often but I guess it gave me a chance to sip some water. We wipe down our bags after every use and I witnessed someone mopping the floors so I know the place is pretty sanitized. It feels targeted towards women but I don't know why as it would give men a good workout as well.”

They have strength, conditioning, and kettlebell sessions to choose from and can tailor the movements for anyone dealing with specific physical limitations. I have Jessica Hullet as my personal trainer/ dynamic stretch trainer and you can clearly tell how passionate and how knowledgeable she is at what she does. She is super results oriented and will work really hard with you to get you where you want to be with your fitness goals. The entire program as well as the gym itself has an uplifting and positive atmosphere that is so hard to come by these days and I’m really lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Jessica as well as other instructors here at Lifetime.10/10 would recommend!”
