I had to make a quick stop to get vegetables and beef for dinner. For the sake of God I can't find any snow peas anymore. I walked out not even with the main missing ingredient and a 80 dollar tab. I wish I just left the cart and walk out. The beef selection was terrible so I end up paying 30 bucks for ribeye. Was really looking for chuck eye. I feel like this grocery store has taken for granted cause its the only one around. Highly expensive, gone down hill and variety is terrible. Tons of old products sitting on shelves. Yogurt that has a days left until expiration. Everything just screams profits and not the customer.

In a very complicated DFW market, Tom Thumb is remaining solid, upbeat, great sale prices, and is paying more attention to customers.
Deli & Bakery very attentive to details and customers. Meat market is also there doing favors for valued customers (special cut steaks and pork butt roasts cut into steaks).
Impressed!

A very special shout out to the entire DELI Department and a special thanks to Brian and Austin who always make sure my chicken order is ready for pick up. Cheap chicken Mondays has been a game changer and allows us to continue to go out to feed the homeless community. I’m so glad and thankful to have you guys. Keep up the good work and know that your labor is not in vain!!

For a few quick necessities it's great. For a large, full, grocery shopping it's very expensive.

Firts time here. A very different products and very nice produce, and a great variety of pastry and bagels. Also this has its own Starbucks inside. I found a great variety of corn tortillas here: jalapeño, white and yellow corn.
I took pictures about a products that I needed for my job, but when I come back I will take some others.

Nice place, confusing layout but I will get accustomed with that. Help with questions about sale prices in meat market. Staff was friendly and patient. I would return.

Customer service rep at pump was very hostile and angry . Didn’t seem to be having a good day and took it out on me . Asked the guy for his name but he refused . He said ash .
