“The past few weeks at work have been rough. The kind of rough that just sits in your head long after you leave the office. I needed a breather, so I decided to stop by Bricks & Minifigures.
Ryan, who works there, saw me and casually asked, “How’s your day going?”
Instead of giving the usual “I’m good,” I was honest. I told him I’d had a pretty crappy day at work.
What happened next wasn’t customer service. It was simple human kindness. He listened. He gave me space to vent. He acknowledged what I was feeling without trying to fix it or rush the conversation.
Funny enough, that genuine interaction put me in such a better mood that I ended up buying even more LEGO than I planned. 😅
Moments like that are why places like Bricks & Minifigures stand out. People remember how you make them feel.

“Love everything about this store! We are lucky to have a learning express conveniently located in Frisco! What a great spot to grab a birthday present!! The birthday boy/girl is able to fill a basket with all of their birthday wishes for you to choose from. They wrap for you in the cutest paper and ribbons while you wait. Right now they are doing Easter pails personalized when you make an Easter purchase! I love getting the mail flyers because they include a coupon.
The staff and owner are kind and super generous, supporting our local elementary school each year with a wonderful donation. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back in soon.”

“Nice store with clean organized merchandise - the stock is great and there’s offer goes on at this shop. The staff is courteous and there’s ample parking outside. The carters always provide kids clothes which are affordable and gentle to skin. The quality of the garments are top class. This shop has wide range of clothings and footwear. Would love to return at this location.”
“They finally have Chiikawas here! Miniso has a bit of everything from plushies, knick knacks and beauty products. Their inventory constantly changes. The staff is very helpful every time I visit.
Sometimes their registers can be funky even the self check out. Everything aside, it's a kawaii and fun store to shop at.”
