I went yesterday. The store had the shoes that I wanted in stock. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about each shoe and understood what type I wanted without me knowing it. I would come again for the white glove experience to buy shoes than the big box retailer. Extremely happy to have found this gem.

Zach was awesome! Literally walking out wearomg clouds on my feet. Plus if you want to have a Cinderella experience of Old school shoe store feel-fitting you, talking you through it then this is the place to go!

My husband and I bought several shoes tonight having the same great experience as our other visits. Our first time stopping into the store we were assisted by Zack Richards. His ease in conversation helped my husband express his needs in a shoe. Zach gave us his full attention and time. Since that time we have bought from this store multiple times. Every time manager, Bryant Hernandez, consistently delivers!

Jacqueline was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful!! She was very knowledgeable with a great personality! She made my experience personable and individualized to my needs in a shoe! Her coworker Bryant also offered a wealth of knowledge in meeting my needs and supporting my high arch. I am completely impressed with this store and their kindness/friendliness. They went above and beyond my expectations! Will definitely recommend and be back!!

Zach was very kind to me when I looking for shoes. I need shoes for my flat foot and my pronation and he was very smart when it came to my foot arch. Over all the store had a great video and was a great experience I would recommend this place to anyone needing new shoes

We came in to get 1 pair of shoes but we walked out with 3 pair of shoes, an experience and a new favorite store. Zach was amazing! He is very personable, professional and gave us white glove service. We will definitely be back!

Pregnancy has really started to kick my butt and my feet and legs were starting to hurt. I originally went to Dick's Sporting Goods with my friend to get some new shoes. My experience with them was awful and they were very rude to me. So my friend and I decided to go here and I had the most fantastic experience, I did not know shoe shopping could be so relaxing and fun.
Zach definitely made my experience and time worth it, he educated me on arch support as well as shoe cleaning. I will definitely be coming back here with my husband so his feet can get some love and attention too! LOL 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I had the best shoe shopping experience today thanks to Zach. I bought three pairs of sneakers, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He took the time to help me try on each pair, adjusted the fit, tied the laces for me, and even explained that I needed shoes with proper arch support. Thanks to him, I found the perfect pairs that feel super comfortable. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever had such an amazing and thoughtful experience buying shoes. Highly recommend asking for Zach if you visit!
