David and his team were blazing through a crazy lunch service. He communicated well while dealing with 10 people in line due to the free smoothie promotion. Him and his team were running around non-stop. They deserve a raise.

Poor customer service! The girl who is working there was so rude had such bad attitude! I requested to make my own smoothie with fruits I requested she told me with such bad attitude you should only pick up from the menu. I don’t know who owns or managing this location but I wouldn’t go back to this place never ever.

Could eat the peanut butter crunch flatbread every day. Never had a bad smoothie and the service has always been excellent. Would highly recommend

Travis knows how to make an awesome smoothie and Carter Rocked the Buffalo Chicken wrap, Excellent customer service from both of these Gents! Came in and left impressed! ? oh \\u0026 CJ she was very nice and full of smiles. Excellent job Team! ?

I literally love tropical smoothie cafe. Cate was the one making my drink she is so nice and was so helpful when I was trying to decide what I wanted. It was overall a wonderful experience.

Great customer service! I had not been to one of these locations in a hot minute but it did not disappoint. The folks behind the counter worked hard and were so friendly. We will be back.

Great service! Abigail helped me this morning and she did a fantastic job, she was very friendly. She was working alone and making multiple orders at once but that did not stop her from giving top service to each of us!

Yuk! Smoothies are being made 50%-70% ice, Straight up watery ice with the color of your choice is what we got I'm extremely disappointed, this is the second visit and both times watery ice smoothies. Go watch your cameras and see the truth! I'm taking videos next time so you can see blender full of ice! Please for the sake of smoothies and nutrition, please fix this problem, retrain the smoothie maker, then make them taste test each batch, there needs to be some flavor!! Didn't even taste the B12 and that alone is a very potent tasting vitamin. Maybe the smoothie girl didn't add it in? Again! But for $10 per order and only getting colored ice is unacceptable! ?#smoothielivesmatter

I went in today to pick up some food for my family and was greeted by the friendliest people, Jo and Abby. They served me quickly and were very attentive when serving me. I hope that more workers can be like them!

There’s nothing like a fruit smoothie after my afternoon twerk class. I came by and was treated with great service, a great sandwich, and a tasty pineapple smoothie.
