Chris provided several comprehensive and cost effective options and was able to walk us through pros and cons. In subsequent periods he proactively identified alternative policies with either enhanced coverage at flat pricing or flat coverage at reduced pricing.

I had a less than ideal experience with the TWFG agency, specifically with agent George Kirby. There were multiple mishaps in handling my auto insurance renewal process, including failure to cancel my previous policy and an inconsistent quote for a new provider. Communication was frustratingly lacking, with promised compensation not fully delivered. While Mr. Kirby expressed regret, the overall service left much to be desired. I hope they take steps to improve customer communication and accountability in the future.
