Big kudos to Alex. My broken Note 10+ didn't have the necessary parts to repair it locally. He was super helpful answering all my (many) questions about the right approach to filing the claim, receiving a replacement phone, and ensuring a local uBreakiFix store at my travel destination could help me with the transfer. He connected me with Asurion and made sure I stepped through the process in the most advantageous way(s). A busted phone is not the end of the world, but Alex's bedside manner made it so much easier to navigate.

This store should be named WeBreakitUFixit, 1star only because zero stars is not an option…
I brought in an iPhone 13 mini for $140 battery replacement (12/20). Not only did they break the OEM screen and protector, they severely scratched up the phone around the screen in the process, when brought in damage free. Alex said because they didn’t have an OEM screen replacement on hand, they had to replace with an after market screen and with no new screen protector. The “new” battery now only gives about a 4-hour charge for the phone as well.
After already being frustrated with the experience, a week later (12/30), the after market screen broke even in a new case I had to buy (had phone previously for 4 years with no issue). The store (Hunter) refused to help whatsoever without charging extra for anything else, saying a new OEM screen would be $300, even though the store damaged phone and did not even give me back like for like for what they broke/replaced. Also told me there was no record of me even doing work because there was no work order in their system, even though I had the receipt. So did the original guy try doing something under table around a work order because I paid without going through insurance (or because they knew they screwed up)?
Because I did not want to put any more money into this store who already totally screwed up the phone and had horrible customer service, I visited another location who offered to fix the screen at cost after hearing the story and agreeing that this store and their response to situation sounded very sus. His words, “If they can’t replace iPhone battery without breaking the screen, they shouldn’t be working on phones.”
AVOID THIS STORE unless you want something worse than you brought in…

Alle and Hunter are absolutely killing it. They handle their business with professionalism, stay calm and collected even with a few out-of-line customers, and deliver top-tier customer service without missing a beat. In the short time I observed them, their leadership, optimism, and consistency were off the chart. Straight pros who set the standard.

My father's cell phone was having issues connecting to the cord to charge so I brought it to ubreakifix Frisco and explained the challenge to Jack. He was very polite and explained it might be just some debris that was in the way of a full connection. He took it and cleaned it. Within under 3 minutes, he returned it to me. Jack tested the connection in front of me, which was working just fine. He was so kind and did not even charge me for this simple but necessary fix. Thank you Jack!

Hunter was great. I brought my sons phone in with a broken screen and back. He replaced both within 30 minutes and had me on my way. I most definitely will use them again if ever needed and highly recommend them. Just ask for Hunter!!!
