The staff here were so helpful and friendly! I was looking for a specific hair dryer I couldn’t find anywhere, and they went out of their way to help me locate it. Great customer service and very kind people!

This Ulta has gone downhill over the last 2 years. The reps used to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Now, there are just reps who display intentionally targeting, discriminatory, and double standard behaviors and make it a negative shopping experience. I’ve used my U.S. passport as identification at Ulta plenty of times, but all of a sudden a rep who was eyeing me and following me around from the moment I walked in, decided to question me/my passport as an acceptable form of ID at the register and call her manager. The manager was admittedly knowledgeable and professional, and took care of the rep’s ignorance quickly, however, the fact that this particular Ulta is consistently treating me like I’m not nor haven’t been a regular customer + questioning basic level identification protocol (U.S. passport - federal document - holds more identification weight than a state driver’s license), is extremely frustrating and distasteful. Not to mention, she waited until after the transaction was complete to actually bag my items — why? Again, comes across as targeted and intentional. I’ve also reported this targeting behavior and experience to corporate. I’m glad I’ve switched more of my purchases over to Sephora this past year. Friendlier reps and much more knowledgeable and consistent. Ulta may as well be Walmart at this point with how little they care about customers.

When I walked in I was greeted kindly and warmly, and the girls were very welcoming. I was helped by Alina and she found me the best concealer I’ve ever used! She was detailed in finding the right product for my specific skin type and color. They make you feel special here! Spent over an hour in there, and had best experience. If you hate the busyness and overwhelming feeling of Sephora, come here instead! They are great and want to help you.

I don't really like this store. The attendants never come to me when I need help. Last time I went to buy perfume, there was no more paper to try it on. It was very dirty and messy. I asked the attendant, and she simply said they were out of paper and walked away.

Very good help. Found everything we wanted. Clean store. Some things are a bit more expensive than at Target, but there are many high end products at Ulta.

short lady with long black hair was very rude and passive aggressive when i mentioned i would be paying with cash and put the rest on the card. I always try to make employees days better because i know what working retail is like. It felt extremely uncomfortable being demeaned for my method of payment.

Every time I do an order for curbside here, I’m sitting for at least 20 minutes. I always have to call to let them know that I’m outside after following the steps through the email. Don’t understand the convenience of curbside. It’s a huge inconvenience.
