Reid is awesome! My niece and I went in to resolve some concerns she had about her complexion. Reid not only advised us on which products work best, he also educated us on why they work. My niece was a bit nervous at first, but Reid put her at ease. We learned a lot, and my niece left happy and empowered. Thank you, Reid, for your awesome service.

I’ve been there only for 10min to get the gift cards. The person who’s is attending me at the cashier was kinda rude. I really don’t know what I did to her. Also I just saw that I would get a birthday gift in the app and asked for help. She wasn’t even reacting nicely. I really felt like a burden to her. Making around $102 bill may not be satisfying to her. But it is what it is.
I still remember her weird face gestures with not even a pleasant smile. Or even a pleasantness for that matter. 🙄🙄

I just have to say, Dillia is amazing!! Sweetest woman I know, and such a hard worker. It always brightens my day when I see her. Only issue, seems like all the employees are walking around on the floor when there’s a large line of customers waiting to be checked out. Usually only one worker at the register.

I've been here a few times. There's a lot of employees that don't do anything. Also, the last time I went, the lady that helped color match kept pushing one product over the one I actually wanted to get color matched for. Another lady made a comment about how the product I actually wanted was for young people. Mind you, I AM YOUNG and look it. She also decided to give unsolicited skincare advice. Like no, my discoloration is not from dead skin. Mind your business. There's a reason people prefer Sephora over Ulta, and it's because of stuff like this.

My previous stylist had to close her business during Covid and I had the hardest time finding another one I loved until I finally discovered Seema. A friend of mine recommended her so I decided to give her a try and was so happy with the results that she’s now been my stylist for close to two years. I have very thick hair that’s not easy to work with but Seema always gives me a beautiful cut and style and is very reasonably priced compared to other stylist I’ve tried. I highly recommend her!

I recently visited this Ulta Beauty location and found the experience to be just okay. The atmosphere wasn’t particularly welcoming, and the overall vibe felt a bit off compared to other Ulta stores I’ve been to. It wasn’t a terrible visit, but it definitely lacked the warmth and energy I’ve come to expect. Because of that, I probably won’t be returning to this location. Not bad, just not great either.

I waited 20 minutes for my appointment, and just as much time waiting in line at the front to check out. The service itself was good, I liked my stylist. She was alone so she had to answer the phones, that probably accounted for another ten minutes of interruption. I missed an appointment I had scheduled for afterward (I should’ve been able to make it according to the timeline given at booking). Upset with how inefficiently this store operates.

I popped in to this location just to buy AG curl cream and just happened to stumble upon a nice SPF foundation. Mid application and trying to find my color match Demi approached me. She was so kind and so helpful. Not only did she help me find my perfect color match BUT she also showed me a killer setting spray along with a cute little convenient compact with a highlighter, blush and bronzer. I get overwhelmed and lost in a story with that much product and so many options. Demi was such a breath of fresh air with her great recommendations. While they didn’t have my curl cream I walked out of there with a full face on looking dewy and fresh thanks to Demi. I was just blown away with her kindness and advice. I might have spent a pretty penny but my experience awesome and my makeup looks killer

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but it’s been 3 weeks now and I am still upset about the haircut I received. I booked with the head master stylist so I thought I was in good hands. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. It looks and feels like a mullet. The layers don’t fall right at all. She took out so much hair that my hair looks thin and weak now when it was so full before. Worst decision I’ve ever made. Every time I get ready and style it I cry. Incredibly disappointing. The stylist also seemed like she was in a rush which was very unsettling. I’m a people pleaser and told her it was perfect when I left but I am so angry at myself for not speaking up.
