Experience was BEYOND. Coby and Addi were excellent being very helpful with my requests that got complicated as the time passed but they remained cool and calm. It was rush hour and Coby managed the flow of customers appropriately.
The staff member training was a GEM didn’t catch her name but she was excellent at articulating the expectations of her new trainees.

Today Ian Cathcart delivered service you only ever receive as a Marriott Platinum or Hilton Diamond member. He recognized the value of my time and how my overall experience was visiting the store. Only high end hospitality industry still maintains these core values so it was a totally unexpected surprise to have a great “guest experience” at a UPS store. Awesome!

Since we are all so quick to point out how we never get great customer service, I wanted to give a shout out to Coby at The UPS Store on El Dorado in McKinney! He was such a joy and so helpful. For the first time I was returning items to a vendor I had never used before and it was a little complicated. One vendor with instructions to deliver specific items to specific addresses. Coby was so great walking me through it and even went out of his way to save me some money! UPS, you have a good one here!
