I love Brad! He is not only good at what he does, but he has the best personality! Thank you for your help. Anytime I need printing, packaging, etc., I will be coming back here! It’s rare you see a franchised big name store with such a down to earth owner who truly is invested in what he does!

Brad Scales was at a convention we attended and was so helpful in helping ship some items we purchased! Store Manager Bryan was also right there at the perfect time!

Parking is little issue, if you are ok waiting for few mins than good. Staff is good. You have passport photo service available at this location.

I’m looking for a location to transfer my mail. It definitely won’t be this or that one ☝🏾. I can’t stand to hear with everything going now with prices and groceries. Reading this location lacks customer service in skill and price gouging at best. “$80 for one document on one” notarized for one reviewer’s review form -should be illegal at best. There a rules around notary pricing , although in Florida it’s a violation to charge that barbarism pricing for signage.
Greedy not needy.

Found this UPS store convenient and provides wide ranges of services. The shipping and printing services are fast and reliable. The Amazon return has new self kiosk which is really convenient for customers. The staff is nice and there’s ample parking outside. It provides notary service also here.Overall a nice local ups store.

Even though I couldn’t ship my package, the staff was very nice and professional. Special shout out to Charlie who helped me carry my huge package to my car and load it. He didn’t have to help, but that just shows how much they care. Thanks again Charlie!!!

The MOST FRIENDLY UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Brad, the owner greets all of his customers and knows many by name. He is so light hearted and kind.
