I had documents notarized and shipped on February 18, 2025. I paid $26.62 to get them to their destination on Thursday, Friday would have been fine! They got there the following MONDAY!
THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! NOW I'M DEALING WITH A $48K BILL!
They were loudly rude and made me WAIT FORTY MINUTES before telling me to EFF OFF!
THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS!

I’ve been visiting this store frequently for parcel drop off, amazon returns and printing. The team is super efficient friendly and energetic. Graham is a great guy with a smile and walks around the store to get things done fast.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Okay Experience
This UPS Store is hit or miss. 🤔
The Good:
✅ Got my package shipped without any issues.
✅ Convenient location and decent hours.
The Meh:
😐 Staff wasn’t exactly friendly but not rude either—just kind of there.
Overall, it’s fine if you need something quick, but don’t expect top-tier service. 🤷♂️

Terrible staff specially the manager Desiree and the owner Graham didn’t help me with my concern rude unfriendly staff they just care about getting your money and do not care about the package after.

Terrible place
The manager is not friendly at all. The employees tells the package will be delivered and charges for the next delivery and choose a different date. If you call about it manager Desiree and the owner Graham says that its your fault and they will not do nothing about it it

This store has some of the nicest people! I have returned SEVERAL Amazon packages at this location and each person (Madison, Fernando, and Marci) has been eager to help me, while also being very patient with the amount of returns I bring in. Desiree (the store manager) is very personable and TRULY so kind. Shoutout to this team who continues to provide excellent service!

Scam alert! I had an Amazon return labeled “customer packed.” I brought in to store unopened, packed, and sealed. Marci insisted it required a second box, and her manager Desiree who talks like a truck driver, defended the scam her employee tried to play. They both belong at a gas station with their attitudes, not a UPS store. Unfortunately, the franchise operator doesn’t care as almost every review points out how disgusting Marci and Desiree behave. Stop taking your business here. The location on Main is so much nicer

UPS store guy scammed me 3 dollars for printing a shipping label for a return. I have not faced this at any other Fedex or UPS store. Won't return to this store ever.
