I want to thank team Rosie for the excellent
Coustomer service they provided to me.
Specially shout out to Jorge; he was very helpful in getting the heavy boxes out my car;
he was very cordial and very polite and eager to help me to send the boxes back to Amazon.

I went to return my packages and the young lady said “all three packages need to be packed and two of them are not packed so I cannot take it” but she never checked the other two labels cuz my parcels had separate labels and I went back said “these labels say they do not need to be packed and then the team effort started to push me by constantly pounding me with “YOU NEVER SAID THREE LABELS” I showed her three labels in my first trip but that is ok I am cool with but the guy I believe Jorge said “you are aggressive” I was with my two young kids not sure for label and return parcels one should be called like that. Sadly customer service is beyond 1 star at this star.

I am quite disappointed with the pricing structure I encountered. I was charged over $3 for a single page printout and an additional $4 for adding a box. This level of pricing seems excessive and does not meet my expectations. I believe it is important for businesses to provide transparent and reasonable pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.

I recently visited this UPS Store to drop off some packages and ship an item. I requested that one of my boxes be H-taped, but the clerk rudely informed me that they only apply a single strip of tape, claiming their tape is strong enough. When I asked for additional tape, she stated that I would be charged extra. This is the first time I have encountered such a policy.
As a small business owner who frequently ships from this location, I was surprised by this interaction. Additionally, I had an empty box and asked if they could dispose of it, but the clerk refused, saying that I had to take it with me.
The employee in question, #342873, Rosie, displayed poor customer service, which left a negative impression. With three UPS Stores in my vicinity, I have other options, and this experience makes me reconsider continuing to use this location.

Love love this store! Rosie gives top notch customer service every single time. I mail often for work and I also get my custom flyers made at this UPS store. Everything always turns out perfectly!

This store has the amazing customer service and very polite associates. La took care of me today and he was very good. Keep up the good job guys.
I usually visit for getting documents notarized and shipping items. Also Amazon returns works best too here!
