Pour customer service. Won’t even let you tape boxes up that were damaged in shipping for a return. Literally snatched the tape roll off the counter and told no, but you can purchase some. And proceeded to point to the wall products.

Told me they had a notary available from 8-330 then Whenever I got there they said he was on vacation. Worst lie I have ever heard and so unprofessional. Do not trust anything they say or do.

Definitely not my first time to go to a UPS store, but the young man was somehow confusing. I took my Verizon modem there with all the box and everything nice and organized and he basically said he doesn’t need a box. He took it out. He gave me a piece of paper that had no tracking. I asked for tracking he took out the tracking paper from the garbage and gave it back to me without saying, apologizing to me didn’t like the experience at all. I hope Verizon accepts it without the Packaging or I’m back to complain in person.

I've been a customer for this UPS store for several years. I only have high praises, fond memories and a great time with every employees at the newly renovated UPS store. The employees are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The only UNPROFESSIONAL and NEGATIVE experience I have witness came from the customers not the employees. On several occasions myself and other customers had address an unruly and disrespectful customer.
Two weeks ago I was waiting in line, Ms. Bobbie and other employees were assisting customers. Ms. Bobbie asked me to wait a few minutes while they complete a large order. A regular customer walked in and stood in front of me. Ms. Bobbie told the customer I was next in line. The customer complained I wasn’t in line and I wasn’t ready. On her way out the door the customer started yelling, cussing and called us names. The staff remain calm and continue to help other customers.
What the irate customer @ Flor Puga didn’t know was EVERYONE HEARD YOU. WHAT you will know is….some customers mentioned your behavior was typical, predictable and you will post a negative review. #PREDICTBLE
My question for @ Flor Puga, If you are unhappy with their customer service, why do you continue to patronize this establishment? Moreover, your problem is lack of time management not UPS customer service.
I can’t imagine working at UPS, seeing over 100 customers a day and EXPECTED to remain calm and professional when customer are yelling, cussing and calling me names.
No matter where we go, we have to wait for someone or something. 80% of UPS customer are IN A HURRY ( including myself). We on our way to work, on lunch break or on our way home. Our lack of time management is not the UPS employees PROBLEM. If you are running late and don’t have time to wait…. Do NOT GO TO UPS ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK.
Instead of being disrespectful try managing your time better and give people who are in customer service GRACE like people give you grace at your place of employment.

The older lady in there just has a regular post office type of attitude. I send things everyday from the UPS right by my other house located off 380. I'm in and out in a breeze, friendly faces and always helpful. Helpful. This location just has been brought down by poor management. Not willing to help. Making people go out in the parking lot and tape up their own boxes. Not myself, but something I witnessed. Just a horrible experience. Every time I come here. They want to charge you $2.17 to print out a piece of paper and tape it to your box. The one on 380 will print it out and stick it to your box for free. I always feel like I'm at a flea market and they're trying to nickel and dime me at this location.

I was under an extremely tight deadline to get 650 letters mailed out on a Friday afternoon and our normal team was short about 500 of the cardboard envelopes. We went to the store to buy the 100 envelopes they had and the owner and staff amazingly were able to track down 400 more for us and get them to our office. Thanks to the staff we were able to meet the deadline on a very important project. The team went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful!

So as soon as I entered the store I saw this woman was already worked up and talking to herself. So already had some idea she’s pissed off. Guess what she continued her same behavior with me I politely walked out and went to the Colony location. Too bad lady you’re in this situation where you still have to do this job when you clearly lack customer service skills.

Store is never opened. Hours sat open until 4pm and they are closed.

At 12:30 pm on Sunday the 17th of March myself and 4 other people came to send packages. To all our dismay the store was not open despite the hours showing 11-4 on their sign. This was a major inconvenience.
