Update: The gentleman who helped me actually didn’t do what he said he would. This led to a domino effect of complete disaster and having to continuously go to the service counter to get assistance and fill out the same forms over and over again. It took having to speak to the highest person in charge (after 2 months!!!!) to get the issue resolved and I was able to get my mail.
Would avoid this location at all costs. No reason to waste this amount of time. The process was so stressful and I hate that I was intentionally misled.
Had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, including the gentleman who referred me to the supervisors at the service door. They resolved my issue and thoroughly investigated what was going on. Now I know where my mail is and can pick it up. Recommend today's team highly!

I had an issue during my visit to the post office, and I want to recognize Ishan for how he handled it. Instead of brushing it off or sending me away, he took the time to listen, understand the problem, and find a solution quickly and kindly.
He went above and beyond, and his calm, professional approach made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares and takes pride in their work, but that’s exactly what I saw in Ishan. His kindness and problem-solving turned a stressful moment into a great experience. USPS is lucky to have him!

Roman assisted me at USPS and went above and beyond by helping me even after the office was closed for the day. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her outstanding service!

Went to get a return pre paid envelope (that includes tracking) to the USPS office on Stonebrooke Pkwy in Frisco, TX, and they did not add the tracking number sticker to the envelope and the receipt. I drove 5 hrs to do the errand with the pre paid envelope and ended up driving to another USPS office in Houston to buy another pre paid envelope that had an attached tracking number to it. Something so simple yet, apparently so difficult for the idiot at that location. It did cost me over an extra hour of time to complete my errand 😡

Came to get a key, has requirements that aren't standard across other post offices in DFW and rural markets.

The gentleman at the front desk always has an attitude, is never informed on anything policy wise, seems to not know what he’s doing. Very unprofessional and should be looked into. I’ve always have a terrible experience when dealing with him.

I’m honestly shocked by how unprofessional and careless USPS has been. They claimed to have attempted delivery, but there was absolutely no sticker left on the door, nothing in the mailbox, and no real sign that anyone had even come by. When I called to ask what happened, the person on the phone had no idea and offered no help. I went in person to the local post office, and all I got was a shrug and a vague, unhelpful response like “we don’t really know.”
If you're going to claim a delivery attempt, at least leave a notice or do something to prove it. This kind of service is unacceptable. It’s frustrating, unreliable, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience with USPS really deserves it.

I can't believe I'm giving the USPS five stars. But this location earned it. There was a long line. But the staff actually tried proactively multitasking to decrease the line. When I finally reached a window, they were surprisingly helpful, friendly, informative and efficient. (Someone else commented that negative reviews for this location may be confused with another in the area.)
Editing this review as of May 2025: Service is still top notch. Excellent staff and location.

They were unable to print out a prepaid USPS label.
This is not a serious agency.
