The associate at there was are very welcoming, helpful and overall great. I didn’t know I was supposed to pack a return item, but the associate went above and beyond to pack it for me, that was very kind of him. Highly recommend this USPS center.

Costumer service here is very good !! This location is always busy 💕. The people that work in this location work very hard. I am very happy they work here because I have to come several times a week. I come here and leave happy every time. Could it be cleaner ? yes. They should have someone dedicated to cleaning 💕

I went there in the morning and associate at desk was very welcoming, professional and helpful. They had a positive attitude and worked efficiently. One of very few best locations of USPS i have ever visited. Kudos to the staff and keep it up guys.

Got here few mins before they closed on a Friday. I fully expected not-so-great service being a last minute customer, but got amazing service from Mike and the lady next to him.

Incompetent staff member put in the wrong zip code for my package with sensitive medical items! PATHETIC. You had one job! Over $200 in medicine GONE. Unacceptable and if I find your name I will do everything in my power to get you fired!

I only had a quick drop off here, but while waiting my turn, I witnessed the staff putting a lot of time and effort into helping other customers understand the shipping processes and to get their items packaged up. It was honestly really wholesome and I feel like it reflected authentic care in an environment where customers can sometimes be unfair and impatient towards workers who are doing their best. Thank you for an easy mailing process! <3

Even though The Colony post office is my local post office, I take the extra drive to come here.
The staff here are actually friendly and do their job.
I have had several multiple negative incidents at The Colony branch where workers are really rude and they get annoyed over at The Colony location if you ask a simple question. I have asked for a pen at that other location and they got annoyed like somehow I inconvenienced them for 5 seconds of their life at work, somehow those workers over there cannot control their emotions.
I will keep going to this Frisco location as it is a wayyyyy better experience.
Thank you to the staff here for making my USPS visit not stressful, not full of anxiety, and friendly and easy! It is a world of difference how they operate here compared to The Colony branch.

I shipped a large envelope from this place to Kansas City, KS, on March 19th, and it arrived at its destination on April 14th. At the beginning, I was told that the envelope would arrive in 4 -5 days!..time waste

Came this usps second times. It was very good experience with the clerk for the first time and today was another delightful day with Tasha, clerk 12.
She was very polite, welcoming, explained well enough. A gentleman nect to her was treating a customer very professionally too.
