I wanted to give a shout-out to TuJuan (Tee) at this post office for going above and beyond. I dropped off multiple packages for my business and forgot to seal one and put the shipping label on it. Several hours later, she noticed my package was set aside, and then made a point to find my business on Etsy and message me! I’m so appreciative of her for going way beyond what was “required” and her fantastic customer service!!

The Post Office is usually bad anyways, but man, this is one slow post office. Line almost out the door.

I mailed important documents twice, 2 weeks apart, to a PO Box in McKinney and they were never received (this was a month ago). I had to take them in person. Thank goodness the receiver was forgiving. I only take important items to mail to the post office instead of throwing in my mailbox, but I have never had this happen with my mail box. Now I feel like I need to drive further way to mail a letter :(

Was yelled at by the lady at the counter when I didn’t tape up my package. I understand it being the rules (I didn’t know that as I don’t frequent USPS and she was re-taping up other packages so I thought it was fine) but no need to lose your temper and make a customer feel small just because you’re annoyed. She ended up taping it up but definitely wanted me to know she was annoyed and inconvenienced. Willing to pay a little more at UPS now. I won’t be back!

The clerk refused to let me scan the barcode on the package after it was attached at the counter. I’ve never had an issue with this. I use a scanner for my small businesses but apparently Frisco usps is anti small business now. Please don’t use this one because the man who works at the counter is scary and verbally abusive about this. The nice women never give me this issue. I’m so frustrated after my exchange today at 1:30pm 11/8/2022. I was called demoralizing names as well. What’s wrong with men like this?

USPS should stop making drama about little bit of Tape which is needed to tape the paper label. Not everyone one using usps services every day to the nuisances. Like free tape for priority mail not for first class mail..etcIf USPS want more revenue/profit, they should complete in the marketplace players and get the market share.

Natasha is the BEST postal worker I have ever encountered! She is outgoing, professional, caring, and all around the BEST at the PO on Teel & Main in Frisco! Worth your drive there instead of main PO on Stonebrook!!I just love Natasha and miss her since I had to move South in Cibolo, TX.
