Went in to get an Iphone 16 upgrade for my family. The person who was helping us, Jalen, who was very unfriendly, told me that even with the unlimited plus plan i had to pay an extra 3 dollars per month for an upgrade because the trade in did not cover the cost of the phone16. When i tried online, my trade in covers the entire iphone 16. Not sure how these people are trained but they know less than the customer. Please avoid this store and go to a different one nearby.

This Verizon opposite Kroger on Hwy 380 is just shocking. This never was not the case last year in 2023. The new crew are are so carefree and unconcerned on issues of customer service.
They prioritize personal movies on their ipads and social media on their phones. I was there on 7/25/2024 to resolve my issues of Sim card activation. Ended up calling customer service & the level of knowledge from the telephone team was commendable.
Someone at Verizon should take care of the issues associated with this store. Good luck.

I was in this store yesterday with my daughter because I had problems activating my phones, but since I arrived everyone was very friendly and responsive, especially Jalen who was extremely patient throughout the entire process and fixed everything. I thank you because it is a super customer service that deserves 5 stars. The entire staff is truly a team. I simply recommend this store 100% thanks for your help Mr. Jalen.

Unfortunately, this Verizon location does not show appropriate customer service. I would select another location. Employees are rude and unhelpful. There were three customers and at least 7 employees in store. I was told to call 611 rather than being helped in the store. As I sat there for almost an hour troubleshooting myself half the time and customer service over the phone the other half, there was absolutely no assistance from an in-store employee.

I’m very grateful for the service I received. The staff were amazing and so patient with me. Even after having to go back the next day they took the time to make sure my phone was working properly and was good to go! Thank you again!

Whew! If you need actual help with troubleshooting or anything outside of purchasing a phone DO NOT waste your time going into this location. I dealt with a district manager who coached associates to sell me a new phone instead of helping me make an insurance claim. When I decided after 2 hours that I still wanted to do a claim they literally told me to go to a computer at homeHorrible

Today I had the pleasure to work with Jazar at the Frisco- location on HWY 380. His customer service was absolutely outstanding, and the accessories I purchased were exactly what I was looking for. He informed me about the bundle deal and I was happy to take full advantage. Jazar also went above and beyond to help me reset me PIN, check the status of another order and lastly he walked me through how to set up my new iPhone 15. I left this store feeling confident about my new purchase. Thank you Jazar for being so welcoming, professional and helpful.

I went into this store today with a simple request, upgrade my Pixel 5 to a Pixel 7 as per the Verizon upgrade offer. It couldn't have been more difficult. The staff is either incompetent or trying to slip extra charges without explaining. For example, after the transaction was complete we noticed a protection plan at $17/mon was added to the account. We never asked for it and it was never explained until I received a text stating that it had been added. Too late, the manager said they couldn't remove it, that I would have to do that online or by phone. The upsell pressure was nonstop: home internet, phone case, a plan to add a tablet or watch. Do not use this Verizon store! My goal in life is to never set foot in another Verizon store.

Excellent customer service! Jacob assisted me with getting my new iPhone and he was quick with setting up a quote as well as staying true to it. It only took about an hour to get the new phone set up. I was very happy with my shopping experience here!
