I would like to give this Verizon store a round of applause.
I walked in nine minutes before closing, which I honestly felt bad about, but I had just come from a very frustrating experience at another location. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my concerns were addressed right away. I was quickly paired with someone who was fully able — and willing — to help me.
There was plenty of staff available, which made a huge difference. No one seemed frustrated or annoyed that I came in so close to closing time. Instead, the associate took his time and made sure everything I asked for was handled properly.
He honored my request to pay for the phone upfront, honored my promotion, had the phone shipped directly to me, and gave me a very clear and detailed breakdown of the pricing differences between the storage options. He even helped me decide which option was best based on how I personally use my phone.
Although he ended up staying about 20 minutes past closing, he never once showed irritation or rushed me — even while I was trying to hurry out so he could get home to his family or wherever he needed to be. His professionalism and attitude truly stood out.
I am very disappointed that I do not recall his name, and I do not see his name listed on my receipt, because he absolutely deserves recognition. I would give him a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. After being a Verizon customer for 22 years, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at this location.

Very bad customer service!
Was there to get latest iPad with my plan. Lady Store Host asks me to look into displays for latest iPads is in the displays and tells be someone will assist me. One sales reps comes in with strong attitude. He seems to be having lunch or chewing something. Seems don’t want to help. Before he even look into my account was profiling me for who is the iPad for. Seems very racial or something profiling was done. I remember reps in this store were very nice back then. Now seems very bad customer service and hosting. Stay away from this location.

My husband and I stopped into the store today just to check prices on a new plan & had a great experience. Jacob helped me out and was super friendly, transparent, and zero pressure, which was a nice change of pace. He gave me a clear printout of all the pricing options and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. I told him I was heading over to AT&T to compare, and after about 30 minutes there, I found myself right back at Verizon signing up for a new plan. The store was clean, well-organized, and all the staff were attentive and welcoming. Between the better prices, the professionalism, and how smooth the whole process was, the choice was easy. I was in and out in under an hour, probably faster than some drive-thrus. Definitely a five star experience!

BEWARE! The manager and the Salesforce at this location learns and practices UNETHICAL sales practiced. When asked to give us what we currently had at Verizon, we were told everything we had was in the new contract only to learn from the. Verizon help desk that they actually removed one feature, told us we had everything we had previously and were saving $50 a month. Not confident in their abilities or their product, they had to resort to UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES to gain a sale. Verizon and the Verizon Store (including the store manager and his staff) at US 380 and FM 423 in Frisco apparently train and practice POOR ETHICS in sales. We were told we'd be saving $50 a month, but in reality we'll be paying an extra $40 a month, $480 a year and $1,440 for the life of the contract beyond their promises--more apparently lies to get us to enter the contract. THIS STORE CAN NOT BE.TRUSTED!

Bernard got me sorted out in 10 minutes in person after I spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer support going no where. I definitely recommend going in person rather than trying to upgrade through an app or over the phone. Great, friendly service. He fixed mistakes made by someone else and got my bill lower!

Super amazing young man with dark curly hair was able to help me unlock my SIM to transfer service. I was SO grateful for his help - he was able to get official tech support on his own phone for me and they unlocked my phone immediately. I was so thankful I hugged him to death and ran out of the store before getting his name.
This is the kind of service to expect at a cell phone store. Didn't ask questions, just listened to me, and took the time to resolve my issue. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Whoever you are: THANK YOU!!!

Terrible experience with this store. They lied and offered us a 2 month free home service. If we did not like it, they said we could return it with no charge. Well that was not the case. We had 30 days, and then that is when they said there is nothing we can do about it. I would not ever recommend this Verizon store. Go to another one and save yourself money, time, and headache.

I had a really upsetting experience at this Verizon store. I came to pick up my phone but was called a liar by an employee specifically, the one with dreads and felt forced to share personal details, including my recovery from addiction and recent release from jail
I lost my wallet but had clear pictures of my passport and ID. Despite that, they refused to release my phone. My mother, the main account holder, has been a loyal Verizon customer for over 25 years. I understand security policies, but there’s no excuse for treating someone with judgment instead of professionalism and compassion. I hope Verizon can train this specific location on their employees on how to handle loyal customers and have proper customer service. Everyone was on their phone
and didn’t seem like anyone really wanted to work. I ended up going to a different Verizon store and then ended up getting my phone with no problem , The store is just the definition of rude
