The office staff service was friendly , prompt and thorough! When purchasing frames and lenses , Clay was super patient, kind very resourceful and professional! I ran out of time to purchase the glasses at the colony store because of a previous obligation. The next day I went to the Vision Works location in Stonebriar Mall so Clay could help me finish the process of picking out just the right frames and ordering my glasses there! Great experience!

I was in desperate need of help fixing a bend in my glasses that gave me headaches-- shout-out to Clay, the absolute GOAT saving me days of distress by simply helping me out, something other places were less willing to do.

I picked out a great pair of frames. Beautiful colors, but after I wore them a week or so I realized they were too heavy. The manager at the Stonebriar Mall store was so wonderful in helping me find a lighter frame. I can't wait to get them. Thank you Vision Works!
