Michael Yocom was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and resourceful, provided clear communication and direction. He was more than willing to help me prepare for the interview and the advice he gave me was spot on. He played a huge part with me landing the position. He absolutely cares about the candidates he works with and has a professional and personal way about it. He even checked in with me about how things were going in my new position.
