Worst pharmacy ever!They only hire Indians that all wear masks and speak no English and smell horrible with the worst customer service. They even have them leaving voicemails about your refills that you can't understand. The white male pharmacist is super nice, but he needs to hire people who are respectful to the paying customers and speak English. Covid was over 4 years ago, so take off those stupid masks so we can semi understand what you're saying.

This location is the worst customer service I've seen. It's constantly slow and perpetually short staffed, but today I spent 45 MINUTES waiting in the drive through for a prescription that I was called and notified was ready. After being asked several times for my address and info (and providing it) then the person charged my card wrong and I was ignored when trying to get their attention to fix their mistake. It's not their employees' fault. It's the management that is atrocious and parasitic CEOs that won't pay people more than peanuts and then wonder why they have no workers. One lane of the drive thru hasn't been operational in months and there's an upside down shopping cart blocking the lane. You can't even hear them in the drive thru on their phones and right there, they aren't even equipped to communicate effectively. There is zero excuse for this. What a surprise my review is one of many negative reviews and I can't wait for the bs canned response that you're going to bring this to the attention of the appropriate team.Oh, look! Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for no reason. Only reason I got was because my doctor was not "local". I have used this teledoc service, same doctor, same medicine, same pharmacy for about a year. The pharmacist was just trying to flex his power and told me they didn't want to put their name in for an "override". Didn't even get an explanation why, they just said I would have to fill somewhere else. Put in a complaint with ADA and TSBP. I'll also be up there to talk to the guy in person. Don't shop or send prescriptions here, at least not this location, everyone there has a big ego. I'll get my meds but why not from here? Discrimination, because of my health history. Pharmacist was acting like he was a doctor, asking me when I was going to stop taking the medication, why it was from out of town, my plan for tapering off. Pictures of all the times I've filled the prescription no problem, same doctor, same pharmacy. I was plainly discriminated against based on my medical condition by whoever the persons name was, all because the guy who puts pills in bottles wanted to play doctor. I'll get my meds but it will never be at a Walgreens ever again. Wouldn't even stop in for a pack of gum. Employees are disgusting, disrespectful and dishonest. Keep in mind this medicine isn't Asprin, it's for addiction, and I could go into withdrawal because of them. I also pay retail prices. But whatever I'll take my money somewhere else. This is no minor infraction and you will pay. Straight up discrimination, nothing was in good faith, you just wanted to flex your muscles and make me pay for something another rude customer did to you.

This no longer cares for their customers. They used to notify me with autofill when prescriptions were ready now nothing. They use to call the Doctors office to get renewals not any more and now it's 4 to 5 days to get your script and fight to get the rest of your partial refillSo now i go to Wal-mart

Most awful drugstore ever. Within 30 minutes, my prescription was supposed to be ready. I give it 2 additional hours, and when I arrive at the store, they instructed me to wait 20 more minutes before returning an hour later. At this point, they need to contact my insurance, so I wait another hour.

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They gave my husbands prescription to someone else entirely. No explanation, no resolution, just, "Sorry, someone in a pink hoodie filled out your name & address and took it.". He had to contact his MD & have another prescription sent. Also, my own prescription was put in the wrong persons bottle. Thank God I happened to notice the name on the bottle was not mine. It could have been a really serious situation had the medication been what was listed. Finally, the lines are insane!!! There is only 1 line for the cars and the other is continually blocked off. There is regularly 8+ cars waiting. I go inside and that line is 10+ people. Really frustrating and I am SO DONE!

It’s a pity employees couldn’t admit mistakes and instead fight/blackmail money paying customers. Daniel Pribble the shameless pharmacy manager threatened me to deny sale of a prefilled asthma Rx for my four year old just because his ego would not let him apologize for the mistakes he and his technician have done.Date: 2/12/2023Drop off: around 7 PM (paper Rx)Pick up: around 8 PMThere were three Rx s and while dropping off I specifically told 2-3 times the pharmacy technician to hold off on the antibiotic. Cut the chase, she ended up filling the antibiotic. I said I I don’t need it and asked the paper Rx back to which she & Daniel denied. I was like ok they must have committed a mistake and went ahead with purchase of the asthma Rx. While paying I have asked the technician “Do you at least remember I have told 2-3 times not to fill the antibiotic?” then comes Tyrant Daniel the Pharmacy manager. Instead of tendering an apology he chose to blackmail me to not sell the already filled asthma Rx and display his ego just because he happened to be the pharmacy manager.This all happened while I was already paying for the Rx using my credit card. Walgreens should work on employing better pharmacy technicians/pharmacists. These guys are some serious liability for the company and never should be employed at any pharmacy forget about Walgreens.

Shannon told me that she could not look to see if my medication was in stock in any other Walgreens. Funny thing, because the next Walgreens I called kindly looked on their system to see if it was in stock at any other locations. Seems like someone does not want to do their job.

I'm thankful this Walgreens opened late Saturday. The staffs were patient and quick! I got my medicines within 20 minutes!I drove almost 25 minutes to this location, which turned out great! Thanks!

Bro I'd give - stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment today to get a covid test and I have a SCREENSHOT of my appointment details. Yet they're saying I needed a confirmation number sent to my email. It's so f'n stupid like just give me the damn test. It's so frustrating...I don't recommend them or any walgreens. Just go see your primary care doctor and save yourself the headache!!

The worst customer service I had. The pharmacy is 30 min away from my house and decided to call and check if they have the medicine prescribed by the ER doctor since 2 other pharmacies didn’t have them.After 30+ min waiting, they open and hung up the phone without saying even a word.
