This is for the pharmacy. I don’t know if the pharmacist people hate their job but man they have the worse customer service on top of waiting in line for decades just to get your medication smh. I called in for a refill, was told it will be ready same day. Waited I. Line for 20 minutes for them to tell me I’m out of refill. Why didn’t they tell me over the damn phone!!!!

Stopped by from 8-8:15 to try and grab some stuff quickly before work and the store wasn’t even open. If you aren’t going to be open when you say you are, just post different hours if you don’t want to come to work.

Rating my drive through experience. I switched to this pharmacy for location and oh my goodness. Don’t expect a quick trip if going through the drive through. This is my 5th time and every time I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes behind a single car.I wrote this while waiting at the window ?

This pharmacy never ceases to amaze me. Today I went in to get some cold medicine no big deal, I walk up to the pharmacy wait patiently after waiting a little while I get their attention. They say “oh we are closed and begin to close their gate.” No sorry or anything. Busy or not the pharmacy does not care to provide any customer service, period.

Just visited the store this evening (1/7/24) and the rudest girl was working. Her name was Bry and if I was the manager I would fire her immediately. I truly don’t know how she got a job. She told me she wouldn’t take anything out of my handheld basket and I needed to if I wanted it…I literally had 4 cans in it. She then proceeded to mumble rude slurs under her mask. She was wearing a throw away face mask. Didn’t say hi, thank you…nothing. I was honestly so very shocked I just dealt with a girl like that.

The only reason I am giving this pharmacy a star is because at least the pharmacists I have spoken to and dealt with were always very kind. Every time I talk to this one particular girl who answers the phone at this pharmacy, she has been nothing but rude and dismissive. If you don’t like talking to people and dealing with the public, especially just basic information, then perhaps find a different line of work.Kindness goes a long way, even when you don’t know what the answers to the questions are.Sorry, I don’t like giving bad reviews, but there have been too many instances with the same person and today was the last time for me.I will take my business elsewhere.Sorry Walgreens.On a positive note, there were a few times I did get one gentleman who answered the phone there that was extremely nice and very helpful.

Darryl is the BEST pharmacy tech I have ever met! He goes ABOVE & BEYOND for his customers because he says “it’s the right thing to do!” He loves his job and it shows! Thank you for all you do! You are a blessing to the profession!

My Dr sent a changed rx twice so that I could get the rx for changed medical need, but the pharmacist refused to follow the doctors 2 direct electronic orders because “she called the Dr and he had not called her back to explain the reason for the change.” As if my Dr has to explain to her the reason for his orders. Every person was rude from the beginning of all four trips I had to make in order for this place to refuse to follow my doctors instructions. Rude and worthless. This location has the one star rating shown for a reason. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t fill prescriptions correctly. The staff here is not properly trained, they constantly seek help from other staff. Long wait times. Sometimes it took more than hour.

Worst pharmacy in TX! I am a Combat Veteran, and I went today, Oct 3, 2023 to pick up dental meds. There was a problem with VA and the way the prescription was sent, no biggie. I'll just use my Goodrx to pay myself. The female pharmacist in the blue decides to ask her boss male/bald, 'white coat' to call VA. I didn't ask them that! Now, I'm waiting 15 min for something I would pay for, so when I go to counter, heavy set blonde pharmacist in white coat gets an attitude! She gets nasty and says'Do you need something as if I am here to get my oil changed. Of course I need something genius!! Why am I waiting for something I could have paid for and been gone in 2 minutes?? She proceeds to say, he is on the phone, as if I asked him to be. Then the bald dude with the white coat gets smart! Umm, your lucky I have places to be sir! Very unprofessional very rude, and if the pharmacist with white coats are in charge, Lord help this pharmacy!!

They never met timing.It always took 2-3 visit to receive required medicine.Also they always says it’s not their fault. Never say sorry.

The store is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The issue is the pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they promise. Obviously they need more staff it the same situation every time. I guess we continue to put up with the mediocre derive due to convenience but this is it for me.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service, wait time over 1.5 hrs for a vaccination even with an appointment. Poor system management and unhappy staff.

Never had an issue until today. The girl working the desk at the pharmacy was BEYOND LESS than helpful. Provided zero information and couldn’t answer a question to save her life.

This location has the absolute worst customer service. They don’t want to help you, they don’t listen to questions being asked, and there is no problem solving. The staff isn’t fully trained, and the managers roll their eyes and are rude if you have a question. Even when you’re standing there showing them that the price doesn’t match what is on the shelf, or that there is a coupon in the app, it’s always a “sorry, that’s a corporate problem, not ours.” Don’t waste your time in here.
