I have been a patron of this pharmacy for 20 years, and it has gone so far downhill the past two or three years that we are leaving it. I have dealt with two lost prescriptions, three short-changed prescriptions (both liquid and pill form), a scheduled flu test appointment when there were no flu tests in stock and no one bothered to contact me beforehand, inconsistent communication (not letting me know when my orders are stalled, or ready, or anything despite being set for automated messages), giving me liquid medicine with no way to dispense or measure it, and rude staff all in the past 6 months. Our family has to play rock, paper scissors on who gets to be the "lucky" one to pick up prescriptions at Walgreens and deal with the incompetence. It's so sad. Get your act together!

The old lady at the photo booth was super rude and this has happened with me for the second time now,first time it was with my 2month old baby and she was absolutely not interested to take pictures and has zero patience handling babies and this time it was for me ,in the first place she will rudely ask you to stand in front of the white background which you have to find by yourself(white rolled sheet) and have to be ready until she grabs her camera and then she will expect you to do her job in the computer and if something goes wrong there,she will try to project as if you have committed some mistake and she will certainly behave like she is doing everything for free,please avoid visiting this Pharmacy as much as possible!!

Avoid this location at all costs. The staff is rude. The lady working there at the vaccination counter was terrible. She couldn't even say good morning back to us. We were filling up a form and I could listen to her sighing like if we were wasting her precious time. She kept rolling her eyes when I asked questions about the form/vaccine. My dad had an appointment for a vaccine at 11:00 and I had mine at 11:15. We were 5 minutes late and she said my dad was not going to get it. There wasn't anyone waiting! Also those guys giving the shots are terrible. Like bro, this is a shot, not a stab! So yeah, avoid this location at all cost.

Walgreens Frisco (Preston & Lebanon) Pharmacy window employees don’t know how to read a prescription date so they send my husband away claiming it was invalid. RX date is a month old. So gotta call stay on hold, speak to tech and pharmacists that don’t care. Sub par service, requiring a face to face visit to day it will be ready in 48 hours.. Hopefully when we go back we won’t get the same ignorant person.

When I went there, I was trying to figure out my daughter’s prescription. The pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist took out a lot of time trying to solve the issue. This pharmacy does a great job.

Absolute worst pharmacy in the area! The testing should be below 0. Calling the pharmacy staff inept would be a grotesque understatement. From the lack of quality customer service to the techs lying about simple things like not being allowed to call your doctor's office for refills. I started going to them 2 months ago and as of today I've taken my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy here is a joke. Was discharged from hospital and in pain. There is one pharmacist and said it is going to take at least an hour to fill a prescription. Prescription was called in from ER over an hour ago. So at least 2 hours to file a prescription. First and last time I will ever go to this place.Pharmacist was nice, but Walgreens seriously needs to hire enough people to support customers. The one pharmacist was handling filling of prescriptions, counter, drive through and phone.

Awful drive thru pharmacy tech yelled at me when I couldn’t understand her muffled question on the phone speaker. “YOR NAME YOR NAME YOR NAME” whoa, I never did anything rude and remained calm. She was rude to me the entire time I stayed polite. The pharmacist on site was also rude to me when I called about my C2 prescription. “We haven’t had that prescription for 10 months so go somewhere else. And get your doctor to write it again.”

I would leave no stars if I could. We've been waiting two hours to get a prescription filled and the only pharmacist here is incompetent. On a holiday they should have more than one person. She cannot fill prescriptions at the drive through, at the counter and receive prescriptions on voicemail. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I used to love this location but now the Drive Thru its ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE. Im writing this while Im in a line of 10 cars in the only window attending! Because the 2nd drive thru line had been CLOSED with a shopping cart for months now! If you are in pain like me and want to pick up your prescription fast go somewhere else this place its a NO NO for emergencies! No to mention sometimes when you finally get to the window they said come back later is not ready yet. Im here for a muscle pain medication & heart medication they cant have any excuses for something important like this!! Im late to take them 2 days now ? I arrived here 6:00pm an its 6:34pm im not even close to the window there is 2 cars still in front of me trying to get their meds! Drive thru?? And it said on column both lanes open...what a joke!! 35 minutes to get my meds at their "efficent" drive thru

dr prescribed medication for my child. pharmacy took it upon themselves to change the prescription to a generic brand, even though the name brand is covered by my insurance and generic brand is NOT. when i went to pick up they stated it needs to be a cash payment since it’s not covered by insurance, not even telling me it’s because it’s a generic brand vs the name brand. it’s not until i check my online account that i see why i was charged so much: $234 vs $40. when i call they tell me it’s because the system automatically changes prescriptions to generic even though it can cost the patient more. but they don’t tell you this when they go to fill your prescription or when you pick up-they just tell you that “it’s not covered”

This location is the worst customer service I've seen. It's constantly slow and perpetually short staffed, but today I spent 45 MINUTES waiting in the drive through for a prescription that I was called and notified was ready. After being asked several times for my address and info (and providing it) then the person charged my card wrong and I was ignored when trying to get their attention to fix their mistake. It's not their employees' fault. It's the management that is atrocious and parasitic CEOs that won't pay people more than peanuts and then wonder why they have no workers. One lane of the drive thru hasn't been operational in months and there's an upside down shopping cart blocking the lane. You can't even hear them in the drive thru on their phones and right there, they aren't even equipped to communicate effectively. There is zero excuse for this. What a surprise my review is one of many negative reviews and I can't wait for the bs canned response that you're going to bring this to the attention of the appropriate team. Oh, look! This was my first and will be my last time visiting this location. The customer service in the pharmacy area was absolutely horrible. While I do understand that my doctor left off some important information when sending over the prescription, both the employee and pharmacy manager did nothing to help in resolving this. Instead they chose to lie about attempting to call the doctor to get the missing information and also chose to make rude comments towards me. Meanwhile I was able to call the after hours line of the doctor's office and reach a nurse immediately. Who then called the pharmacy to provide the info. The nurse also informed me that the pharmacy manager was very rude to her as well and that the pharmacy in question knows very well that this particular doctor has a triage line to assist with these type of scenarios. I realize that my doctor made the error but the pharmacy manager that I encountered today lacked empathy and compassion and did not even attempt to try to resolve the issue. Instead he turned me away and had a horrible attitude.

We went for vaccines, arrived 20 minutes early. We were asked to wait until our registered check in times to check in. While checking in we were told our insurance didn't cover the vaccines. It would have been nice to do the check in when we arrived and not wait around to be told we need to go somewhere else.

I love this walgreens! It’s 24 hours which makes getting prescriptions so convenient and quick. I’ve never had a problem with any staff here, they are sweet and knowledgeable. They also fill prescriptions very quickly! I love them!!
