Nice experience in store pick up - never tried the pharmacy at this location. The items were is stock when ordered online and pick up was ready within few hours. The store associate was courteous and fast in check out. The store was clean and they have ample parking outside. The pharmacy section is operational and provides the drugs on time.

Zero! Less than zero! Was discharged from surgery and they told discharge nurse that everything was filled. When I got there, they said that nothing was filled and please drive around. The pharmacist promised that it would all be ready in 15 minutes. Back again- nothing is filled please drive around or wait inside. Said that they just gave this run around the last time. After four trips through their drive through in post surgery pain, they filled one, then gave me a three day supply on another. No other walgreens could fill it because they had it blocked by this pharmacy to not transfer anywhere. Called in, recorded a credit card, they promised same day delivery. Called back the next day- nothing filled, they might get to it on Tuesday. These people need to shut down, unfortunately I don't think they could pass the mental aptitude test for McDonald's or a Costco greeter. Some people.

Worst experience, They never pick the phone and you have to go there if you need to know the status of your medicines readiness. It was a highly distressing situation – my son was in pain, crying, and the medical staff took four hours to administer the prescribed medications. Even when I requested a transfer of the medicines closer to my home, they denied this request. I appreciate one young lady there she helped us, not sure if she didn't helped us we could get medicines in four hrs.

I should have listened to the bad reviews before booking a flu/covid test. I won't trust what test result comes back. The swab was not immediately put in a test kit after going in my nose. The tester swabbed, walked out of the small testing room (which the trash can was over flowing and gross), down the hall, through the door to the pharmacy area, and I guess eventually decided to put in the test kit (which I never saw myself). After waiving it around and possibly touching/bumping into something walking by ~5 employees, the test could be false positive or false negative.

Again, I stopped by Walgreens to pick-up a small prescription in the drive through. There was only (1) car in front of me and 3 cars waiting in the back of me. After waiting for 10 mins two cars in back of me left and shortly after the last car in back of me left. It took over 13 mins for the person in front of me to get their prescription(s). Wow, really this is the norm for this Walgreens location, and nothing is ever done to fix or help with the issue. I have called, spoke with the manager and all I have heard is nothing but excuses and why it is taking so long to be helped with NO changes to other than we are sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it or fix the problem. When I pulled up to the window from that point to when I left was a total of 3 mins. If a customer is going to take this long and if Walgreens help or completer a transition with 5 mins they need to tell the customer sorry but we need you to pul around and come in the store. Other customers should not have to Indore or suffer from a customer's lack thereof weather that be insurance information, customer information or any other reason. That would make sense. Walgreens is putting the stress and burden on its customers to wait in an essive amount of time on other customers. Then on top of all the drama at this Walgreens location they had their Pharmacy hours of 8-10 now just a week ago they have changed that to 9am to 8. You people are Fing lazy and have great hours being paid good money. Walgreens has wasted my time and money and I want to know who is going to compensate me for that lose.

I'm disappointed with customer service at this location. Staffers from the front to the pharmacy ignore you/customers by any means necessary.. Smh.* However, a benefit of this location is that it's near my home, and it is conveniently located. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars. This location, silent treatment to customers, encourages customers to use the self checkout. Self checkout is OK sometimes, but not all the time.

The pharmacist who administered my Covid shot was very abrupt and unfriendly his manner. He had a mask on and acted impatient when I asked him to repeat himself because he was muttering. He seemed annoyed I didn’t have a mask on even though no one on the staff told me I should wear one or offered me one. I know this is a busy time of the year for pharmacy workers, but a robot would have been friendlier. The whole interaction felt hostile to me.

Yes, agreed with what many of the others are saying. The male pharmacist there is terrible. He clearly hates his job or his life, probably both. No bedside manner, and is extremely short and abrupt. He needs to lose his job and go become something where he does not interact with the public. Talking to him was like talking to a brick wall and he has no desire to help. The girl who I spoke with originally was super nice, and because they apparently got conflicting instructions from the doctor, she said, "I can have this ready in 15 minutes once we are clear on the medication amount and instructions." My Dr called them 4 hrs ago, I Just called, prescription still not ready, I explained the the guy what the girl said, "He said in a monotone voice of annoyance, 'Well, that's not going to happen, like I said, it will be ready in about an hour'..." Not like he barked or cursed at me, but he is the one common thread of complaint if you read all the terrible reviews for this location.

My experience was good with photo printing. And it was quick and reasonable also.

Terrible on every level. Had 3 photo orders there in the last few months. They've screwed up all. It's not rocket science to print photos from a machine yet it's a major struggle bus for these people. They always have excuses, can't seem to count, can't manage to look at the order to see if it's correct. Just shrug their shoulders then they get mad when you point out the order is incorrect. The staff is a dumpster fire and rude to customers. Multiple times experienced rude idgaf behavior from them but I've also witnessed it as well with other customers getting the brunt of their teenage angst. They even say rude comments out loud where customers can hear. Kind of amazed the store hasn't canned some of these people. There is one good dude. The guy who works the front in gray shirt, maybe manager or lead? He's nice and has his sh@t together but he's the only one. Feel bad he has to put up with the people who work in that place. Don't go to this store. You'll regret it if you do. Save a trip and drive the extra few miles to a CVS. Or really anywhere else.

Most of the pharmacy technicians are really helpful and friendly here. But the male technician is so rude, unhelpful and condescending. I have been coming here for years and he is so incredibly rude every time I’ve had to speak to him. I’m assuming his name is Duane B. based on the other reviews of horrible experiences dealing with him.Maybe find a new job if you don’t like speaking to customers. What an absolutely miserable person

Placed an online order for pick up for 8 items and only 3 were available. From the 3 they did have 1 of them was damaged so had to go back and return it. To make matters worse, one of the items from my online order was available in store. Avoid this place if you can.

On 3/30/23 the pharmacist charged my husband (68.99) for my omeprazole (which is usually covered) .... When I called the same night to ask Why-he said that my insurance did not cover it. I explained to him that my insurance had always covered it. He then told me that the 20 mg omeprazole can be purchased OTC so that's why they didn't cover it. I repeated asked him if he was sure...to which he rudely responded YES! On 5/27/23 I picked up my Omeprazole at a different Walgreens location and paid 0.00. I returned to the previous location to show them that is was covered and requested a refund. The manager told me she could not refund my money. Then told me the best she could do is give me a Walgreens gift card (which I did not want). I asked that the money be returned to my original form of payment, but she refused. I explained to her that this error was their fault and appeared fraudulent to me as I had called and informed the pharmacist that my insurance covered my omeprazole. He adamantly told me it did not and charged me cash! They are were rude...I will not use this location anymore!
