I have been using different Walgreens locations for the past 25 years. When I moved about 3 years ago I transferred my prescriptions to this location and I don’t think I have not had a problem with every refill. Today was the last time I will visit the store. I woke up really sick but had a prescription to pick up so I went online and ordered some otc meds to pick up through the drive through along with my prescription They advertise they will be ready within 30 minutes. I ordered them at 8:30 AM and got there at 11:30 and paid for them in advance and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to wait while they scrambled to put everything together holding up all the other cars in line as well as the people inside . This is just the typical stuff that happens. Everyone at other Walgreens are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone at this one always seem entirely indifferent.

It's a Walgreen's. Retail clerks always friendly so give all the stars to the staff. Same with the pharmacy, always informed and willing to help. Only drawback is for some of my prescriptions they sometimes don't have them and take a while to get them. Only other thing is for convenience items like soda or grab n go items the prices are prohibitive, but that's any Walgreens or CVS or 7-11 open 24hrs.

I was greeted by the front cashier and proceeded to go to the photo stand. I noticed that no one was there and when I looked around the cashier was rushing over to help me. She was very friendly and gave me excellent service. I truly appreciate this, especially because I'm from out of town.

This is a very nice, very well-run store. The employees are all very professional. I pick up a lot of FedEx packages from this location. One employee in particular is extremely helpful. She looks younger, has slightly darker hair and wears glasses. She usually works the FedEx area, but she might also be a manager. She has EXCELLENT customer service skills and always goes the extra mile helping me with the FedEx boxes. A big thanks goes to her and the rest of the staff!

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to, it’s like the pharmacy staff could care less! I dropped off a prescription at 2 and I was told, by an employee with zero customer service skills, that it would be ready after 5:30 pm; I called at 6 pm and it still wasn’t ready!

Not going back again to get the remaining shots from a partially filled prescription I need because the stress of having to deal with this pharmacy isn’t worth it.When I was released from the hospital we went to pick up my 5 prescriptions. We didn’t take the time to look at each prescription printout until we got home. Upon review one prescription wasn’t run through insurance. I called the pharmacy and they said come back with the full receipt and they will have to rerun the whole order. So we did and they refunded the charge. Why they couldn’t do this without us return this beyond me.At the initial pickup for all of my prescriptions one was only partially filled and they said to return in a couple days for the remainder. When we returned in a couple days they charged me over $200 for a prescription that should have been zero charge. We repeatedly asked someone else to review the charge but ultimately just paid and left. (We were repeatedly told to call the prescribing hospital doctor and our insurance to ask them about the charge and why the price went up from zero charge.)A short while after we got home the pharmacy called and apologized and said the manager took a look and they said bring the receipt back and they would reverse the charge. Again we returned and they reversed the charge. Absolutely ridiculous that we had to return with the receipt 2 times so they could fix THEIR error.

Would be nice if you could get a monthly prescription a day early when traveling for vacation. They are sticklers to a point where they talk down to customers and don't care to listen to an explanation.

I recently had another unfortunate experience at this Walgreens pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. My encounter with the pharmacists left me disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided.I was taken aback by the rudeness displayed by the pharmacists and the pharmacist manager. It seems as though they treat individuals with medical conditions as if they were mere inconveniences their demeanor reflected an attitude of superiority. Pharmacist should not assume the role of a doctor when dealing with sensitive matters like mental illness or other medical issues. Moreover, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this specific Walgreens location. The pharmacist's focus appeared to be solely on counting pills and fulfilling prescriptions, rather than providing a helpful and supportive experience and not knowing the law isn’t very helpful and making up their own rules It is important for pharmacies to cultivate an environment where customers feel respected, heard, and supported. Unfortunately, this particular Walgreens fell short in that regard.The training and attitude of the pharmacy staff. based on my recent encounters I cannot recommend this particular Walgreens pharmacy. The rudeness, lack of understanding, and absence of customer service have left me with a disappointing impression.

I placed the order of Valsartan one week ago, but still not ready yet 6/8. I contacted the doctor's office to reorder to cvs, and it is ready to pick up in same day but I couldn't pick it up cause walgreens charged the money for the prescription first. So I contacted walgreens store to cancel. By next day, it didn't cancel. So I had to go store to cancel the order. So ridiculous.

Despite dozens of calls to the management of this store. This jagged metal piece has remained to flatten tires and injure people. It's been there 3+ years now and conversations with the manager have resulted in promises to remove it but never done. Shameful lack of concern for your customers to leave this hazard up for years.

I got my daughter's antibiotic and on the bottle it says 22.5ml when mixed. I gave my daughter 6ml first day and then for 4 days 3ml. All together 18ml for 5 days. The left over amount was 9.5ml when I measured it. I called to let them know they put 5 ml more water in the antibiotic and my daughter is underdosed. What they said is that I can not prove it.

My friends and I go to this store every day to buy snack, for the last two week we have been yelled at by the store manager and she has falsely accused me and my friend of stealing, she has also threatened to kick us out if we didn’t buy anything. We normally talk in the candy isle when we were suddenly yelled at “if you aren’t going to buy anything leave” I could not see the mangers name because I was trying to be but she normally works around 345-415

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. Donna and Lawrence and Mona are excellent, as well as many of the other pharmacy staff. They will go out of their way to help you. The pharmacy is always busy, but they always will stop to help if you need them.
