Pretty standard Walmart, but it was very clean and I had no trouble finding what I needed or checking out.

On Walmart’s website, the product image shows a completely different frame than what is being sold in store. I’ve attached the image from the website for reference. The style in store isn’t even close to the one pictured online.
When I went to the store, the first employee I spoke with told me they couldn’t help and that I’d have to go find someone from that department myself. The second employee I spoke with directed me to the front, where they initially agreed to honor the online listing. However, another employee then refused to honor it, even though she admitted the website image does not match the in-store product.
In the end, the store refused to honor the Walmart website listing. Frankly, I find that very disappointing and frustrating, especially since the mismatch was acknowledged by staff.

This store needs to take action and prohibit people from opening the product before purchase also Walmart should have policies against returning opened and used items. I bought a mosquito repellent that had package seal destroyed and I bought it thinking it was still new. When I came home and opened the pack, it was opened and used. There was only 1 pack of repellent left in the pack and all 3 was used. Please go ahead and stop people from scamming you. These people opened the pack, used it half way and returned it back to Walmart. It’s time to ban people from opening any products before purchase.

I get stopped by the same greeter that is making under $15usd an hour in 2024 each and every time and never once has glanced into my bag to confirm if I was carrying the right items, its almost like he gets off to stopping people to check receipts. Get over yourself dude you work at Walmart
