30 minutes of waiting.behind only 3 other people. Long line inside, only one line open & 2 people working it, along with one only working the drive-thru. Sign of bad management.

Avoid this bank. We went in on a Saturday (today 7/29/23) to make a change on my Daughters account. This Location has 1 banker here on a Saturday and she is booked. On a Saturday when People are off. The manager, yes she is Wells Fargo's Branch Manager Valeria Santana was extremely Unprofessional and Rude. She is the "Branch Manager" but she could not help us do a 3 minute change. I asked her to actually do her job and she said she would ask me to leave if I insisted. Branch Manager Valeria Santana and employees like her are the reason this location and Wells Fargo has such terrible service and Reviews. This disrespectful and unprofessional "branch Manager is pathetic and has no business being a supervisor or manager of any kind.

I set up an appointment to reset a PIN number and the banker Brennon Delunna ask me to go to the teller line for that purpose. Is incredible the poor customer service received and he expressed that ut was going to be faster with the tellers because he need to login on a different system. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible Customer Service. Went in on a weekend to open a checking account for my son. They said that we had to make an appointment. We made the appt for the next Saturday. We go in and they said that we were not scheduled. Since the person did not send us a confirmation then we were not scheduled even though the branch manager did it herself. They said they were to busy and said we would have to schedule again for the next weekend. Taking my business to Chase...

Have not been happy with Wells Fargo for a long time and this situation was the last straw. Went to this location 3 times to get my teen a bank account. The 3rd time we had an appointment that the manager made for us on our 2nd trip. When we got there for our appointment we were told that the location doesn’t have any bankers and to go to a different location. Really? That was it. I went down the street to Chase and opened an account for me and then a few days later for my teen. Zero problems, everyone helpful and courteous. This Wells Fargo is terrible and the reason I’m leaving is because they have known about the issues here for months and have done nothing to try and make things better. I’m also getting my parents to leave Wells Fargo. A bank this unorganized should not be handling peoples money.

horrible customer service, made an appointment for 3:30 at the branch on Main and Preston road, we arrived by 3:33 and they made us wait 30 minutes before taking us and attended to customers without appointments who arrived after us.

Arrived at 4:05 pm to open checking account. Had to turn back because they close at 5 pm and it takes 1 hr to open checking account and was told to come back with an appointment. Not professional.

horrible location. i am about to close my wells fargo account. this morning i had $150 worth of fraud, and then i had to go get one singular check for something else and they’re trying to charge me a fee. i have NEVER had to pay a fee for a check because i have a market rate account. not to be that person, but you can see how much money is in my wells fargo accounts and how long i’ve been with wells fargo. i have always had the fees waived. this is insane and everyone at this location is very rude. will be closing my account.

I was 10 mins late for the appointment and the banker left for lunch., that’s understandable. But while I was waiting in the lobby no one there gave me any instructions. Just told me he left for lunch and no more communication. I was just left there in the lobby and when I finally asked what I should do the lady looked at me with annoyed look and told me to we are all booked. While I saw people chatting with others and acted like we the customers were there to service them. Terrible customer service.Then I got upset rightfully so, tell me to rebook or any sign of customer service. Finally after I displayed my unsatisfactory, someone decided to help me. Took 5 mins to get it done. Train your people, banking is a service industry, if I can avoid it, never want to deal with Wells Fargo ever again.Reading the comments from other people, I notice a running trend, why is no one doing anything about the bad service that everyone is complaining about? Oh by the way, I was there because someone from Wells Fargo had used my social security number as my phone number. I was there to fix the problem your bank caused and I got this treatment. Enough said…
