‼‼‼BEWARE‼‼‼new to the area and was very excited to reach out to my local community and see what opportunities and experiences awaited me in this beautiful city, however upon contacting my local bank it was a very hateful and rude experience through and through. The lady who caused this horrible customer experience was very inconsiderate and rude upon speaking with me. I informed her I was new and needed some help with my account. She sounded very annoyed and bothered at the fact that someone dare ask her for help. To be so rude to someone new to the community left a very bad taste in my mouth. I surely hope the city of frisco does not have anymore people like this lady who "assisted" me today. Why be in a customer service job if you don't like helping your community and it's people? Do not recommend especially to new comers of the city! Will be closing my bank account and opening with chase thanks to Legacy Dr Frisco's horrible customer service today.

Donna was very helpful with opening bank accounts.It was my first time doing this.She explained a lot and spend the whole hour helping me.You should make an appointment upfront through the Wells Fargo website, then it takes no time to wait because managers could be busy.

My girlfriend and I walked into this branch Friday about 20 mins or so before closing. I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you as soon as we entered. Everyone was helpful from both of the tellers, to the business banker, and especially the personal banker, Keenan Levy. He went above and beyond and even assisted the teller in finalizing everything so that we could get out quickly. After researching reviews, I decided that this was the best branch to go to for things to be done right and boy was I right! Thanks Frisco staff for exuding patience and making it a great experience. I will definitely be opening an account and fulfilling more of my banking needs with you soon!

We typically love this location but a lot of times they never have staff I've staff to assist you when you need it.Wells Fargo banks as a whole have become the biggest joke I have ever dealt with in my entire life as far as banking needs you can't ever get ahold of anybody when you call into the locations nor do they ever have anybody on staff to assist you no notaries on staff at 3 different locations on a Saturday

Got turned away at a different branch, where they refused to make a change to my account because I didn’t have an appointment. Walked in to this branch, 7 minutes before closing and Donna, the branch manager, helped me right away. She was friendly and eager to help. This is what I expect from a bank. Wells should send Donna to all the Frisco branch locations so she can show them what customer service means.
