This place is a giant waste of time. They have zero customer service. The manager is an unhelpful a-hole that likes to waste customers time. I have never been happy with this branch and my experience today is making me want to pull all my money out and go to another bank. Wells Fargo Bank, you owe it to your customers that have stuck with you to be better. You need an overhaul at the 423 and El Dorado location in Little Elm, TX.

Horrible store manager. Her attitude trickles down to branch employees, my DL is ever so slightly damaged, she turned me away with 3 other forms of ID wasting my time today badly. When I tried to explain to her that she was absolutely incorrect and that everything on my drivers license is intact and legible (damage is on the edge) she got flustered and then not only threatened to, but actually did call the police on me simply because I was asking for her last name to report to her district manager. I didn’t get her last name but hopefully her manager will see the review. Her attitude is one of those, who just refuse to be wrong in any circumstance and will inconvenience you to satisfy her to be right. It’s such a nice branch so It’s a terrible disappointment that the manager Carol has such a horrible attitude towards small business customers with 6 figure balances. And before you assume that I’m in the wrong here, I just finished my wire transfer in another branch down the road

Since 2016 Wells Fargo’s major fraud, I haven’t trusted this bank, even today unfortunately one of my accounts transferred to Wells Fargo, and without surprise, I ended up facing horrible customer service at this location

Tellers used to be smiley and helpful,,,,, This Little Elm location hires none of those, but puts non- friendly, non helpful grumps behind the glass: SUAD had the sour puss face today, I cancelled my transaction and walked out I stop here infrequently - only if I have to hit Walmart, Lowe's,,, I have personal accounts, business accounts and joint accounts with my parents for the last 17 yrs, and I get "you can't do that" so many times at Little Elm,, I go to Gates of Prosper location and I am welcomed with a friendly hello, I ask for assistance and they get my transactions done, even for multi party transactions and they set up a branch appointment across the country for my sister, I use 10+ other WF locations from Denton sites, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and others with success,,, ILittle Elm is the worst branch in north DFW

This location had one person working, co workers in the back chatting with no help and had to wait in line for a while. After waiting, someone finally helped us, however we needed a personal banker to add my husband to my account. After all of this, they were now going to close in 15 minutes. The personal banker comes out asking if we had an account which I did. "We won't have enough time since we will be closing in 15 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get him added." God forbid you help us until you close and potentially spend a minute or two after close! My husband has been trying to convince me to leave Wells Fargo for so many years and this just confirmed I need to.

Be cautious if you are apart of the LGBTQ+ community and use this location to have domestic partnership documents notarized.Miluska A Goff was rude, uninformed of notary services and unwilling to provide notary services. Called ahead to make sure that is a service they provide, which they do. She was even told multiple times by I’m assuming was her manager and still refused us service. However, Arthur was extremely friendly and accommodating to what we needed. Make sure to ask for him if you decide to use this location.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for a few years and have trusted the bank. However, this location is very slow and service is done without regard for other waiting customers at the bank. I would’ve liked it if the employees were more nice to the customers and better staffed.

My wife booked a 4:30 time slot online for an appointment to get a document notarized. When she made the appointment she remembers seeing "your appointment is confirmed" at the top of the screen. When we arrived at this branch we were told we did not have an appointment. They told us to go home and make another appointment. There was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager. He never apologized for the confusion. "Could we wait to til the notary was available?" we asked. They did not want to give us that option or just try to make the best of a bad situation. After discussing our frustration with the manager for 10 minutes, we discovered the notary turned out to be available at 4:45!! Then we waited for 25 minutes while she was on hold waiting to hear from corporate to see if they could notarize our Release form. We finally just left without the form being notarized. Rude staff and very very uncaring and unprofessional manager. He never did apologize for the computer/appointment mix-up or more importantly he never just tried to make things right for us, the customer. We have been with this bank for over 20 years. Very very poor customer service.

No customer service skills. I walked in to cash a check and there were 5 people behind the counter with 1 helping a lobby customer and 1 working drive thru. Everyone else just looked at me and no one spoke or said we’ll be right with you. Instead, those that weren’t doing anything went to the back, out of sight, but I could still hear them talking casually. Definitely not coming back

It's not worth having a business account with them, Due to their short staff you end up paying somebody else to do their job

Came into the Little Elm location today and was called up by a teller. I asked if I could buy some rolls of half dollars because me and my son like looking through them and collecting them. She said why certainly and put up 7 rolls and I handed her $70 in cash. I was just about to turn around and walk out and she asked to see my debit card, I explained I don’t have a debit card. She took the rolls back and handed me my cash and said we only help customers. I said well I am a customer…she said I mean account holders. Very unprofessional thing to do to someone exchanging cash for half dollars which no one but collectors use, IE me and my son. I have had auto loans through you guys before but will never give any of my business to Wells Fargo again after this is how you treat customers. I went to the bank right next door and they were happy to get my son some rolls of half dollars to look through and add to his collection this weekend.EDIT: upon reading this branches feedback it does not surprise me that we were treated this way, they can’t even give good customer service to account holders let alone peasants such as ourselves.

Employees at this bank are so incompetence, that includes the manager. We waited 30 minutes to open an account with our sons and no one could help, finally they got the manager, who send us on a goose chase because he didn't understand our needs. I called the WF in Corinth made an appointment and they will help us open the account next week.
