Since 2016 Wells Fargo’s major fraud, I haven’t trusted this bank, even today unfortunately one of my accounts transferred to Wells Fargo, and without surprise, I ended up facing horrible customer service at this location

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for a few years and have trusted the bank. However, this location is very slow and service is done without regard for other waiting customers at the bank. I would’ve liked it if the employees were more nice to the customers and better staffed.

they said talk to online coustomer service. if thats the case why would I visit the branch.Poor service all the time since I open account. never have a good experience.
