Just spent almost $300 at this store and this location continues to decline. Wine was 25% off a cast and I asked the check out girl when would I see the discount. Her reply was you can go to guest services.I replied if that's the case, I don't want it. Then her boss, Cassandra, millennial attitude came over with attitude as if I was the problem. I will be at any other grocer and never again at Market Street...think HEB!

Stevie Paige in the dEli was so accommodating I appreciate her getting my cubed turkey for my kids Thanksgiving class ready in minutes. Thank you so much for just making it easy even though you guys don't do cube to Turkey I appreciate you guys doing that for me last minute.

This location just carries the market street name it's far less than other locations as far as bakery, deli and meat department don't waste your time there

Customer service is lacking today. I shop here often and was surprised when I was not asked if I wanted assistance with taking my grocery to my car. The man bagging my groceries was older, and I thought he was older. Perhaps he didn't do that, but to my surprise, when I went to put my basket up. He was assisting the lady, who was behind me, taking her groceries to her car. Who, BTW, was of a different race. I would hope Market Street would not discriminate or let it's employees do so.

I can't think of any better way to grocery shop....with wine!! Or beer if that's what floats your boat!! Speaking of - their wine and beer sections are great!!! Their customer service in the wine department is so helpful and I use their advice frequently. Their floral department is amazing! I buy florals every week. I only go to Market Street for the freshest selections. I love the organic produce section here. Always lots of very fresh items. The meat department is great. If you want an excellent cut of steak go here!! Market Street is the best!!!!!

Best market street in the metroplex. Always clean and typically has what I need. Has more options than the Kroger across the street on some items that may surprise you. Solid spot.

When we first moved to Texas I was a bit disappointed Trader Joe's wasn't closer to us for quick shopping trips etc. Then I went to Market Street and couldn't be more grateful for the convenient location. They supports local farmers and have most items you would find in a Whole Foods or Sprouts. The selection of organic produce and healthy options is really terrific! It's not a huge store just the right size to get in and out quickly. When you walk in there are grab and go items and a bunch of hard cheeses. Yum! The floral department has such a pretty selection of bouquets too. The Bakery is stellar. Plus they have a concierge. The store is laid out very efficiently. The best part is the caring staff and commitment to customer service. I have met the kindest people working there. Everyone says hello and they help you unload your cart to pay, bag groceries, and if you have a large amount of goods you are helped to your car. A few times a fellow name Paul has helped me to my car. He is so friendly and helpful.

As a regular Market Street shopper at our "home" location In Plano, this store pales in comparison. We have consistently found very sub-standard produce, and "holes" on shelves where items remain unstocked for weeks. Our most recent episode was shopping the produce area and finding numerous containers of basil with obvious mold growing inside. During this same visit, purchased a salad kit only to find when we got it home the ingredients within were clearly past date and heavily discolored, indicating it had probably not been kept chilled appropriately. Not the first time we've been disappointed about this location's produce quality.

Please don't waste your energy and time going to this pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy the guy hung up the phone while I was trying to understand their process. Once I got there, they just give me the worst attitude and charge me the full price for my medications saying that "they didn't make the prices" (I was using my gold membership from GoodRx) later on I found out that they didn't have the correct membership, so I ended up paying full price because obviously I needed my medication. I just want to say to these two individuals, please don't blame anyone for your miserable life, if you are not happy where you at please make us a favor and go!

I came on a Thursday afternoon to place an order for a cake to be picked up Sunday at noon. The lady taking my order went over all details about cake with me and we had discussed including a photo and provided me with the email where to send my photo, within the hour I had sent in my photo. Fast forward to Sunday at noon walk up to the bakery and provide my name and they hand me the cake and walk off. I call her back to tell her about the missing image I had requested and she goes on to tell me there was no photo request on the order. I tell her I have the email address where I was told to send it and she leaves to talk to another lady and returns and says I'm sorry our printer for images has been out of ink for the whole week and if I want the photo they will have to drive to the other store and get it done but it would take another hour to two!! My sons birthday party is at 2. First of which is it? Your printer is out of ink or there was no image request on the order!?& if printer has been out don't you think your staff should know this especially if it's been out for a WEEK!!!!!!! I was debating between other places but when I saw all cakes they offered and saw what I felt would the perfect image I said let's do it!! I Should have stuck to my normal baskin Robins cakes!

Although I normally love this store and have no issues, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of "fresh fish" that I paid for. I spent $35 on catfish and when I got home I was sad to find it was extremely slimy and stinky! I was concerned but again, I spent 35$ on 8 pieces and I didn't want to throw it out and waste money. So I cooked 4 pieces and got the confirmation I needed. The fish was just horrible, so much so I can't see myself going back to this location, maybe not even a Market Street because not only was it ridiculous but I am concerned for my well being since I consumed the fish. (Or atleast what I could) I am open to talking to management or an owner to negotiate how we can make things right but so far, I'm just very unsatisfied with the product. The fish I got from behind the meat counter (which was served to me by Jamal) so I'm really concerned about what else is being fed to hard working tax payers.

I was not happy with the birthday cake from your bakery. I order a quarter sheet white cake with cream center and strawberries. There was maybe one strawberry in the whole cake. I will never buy a cake from you. We were all disappointed. It ruined the party.

I was so excited when they opened a Market Street down by me at Legacy. The seafood and meat department is wonderful and generally my go to place for special cuts of meat. Unfortunately, their hot bar is a disaster and cannot be compared to what I found up at El Dorado. We have called the manager and hopefully they will get their act together. Otherwise my husband will not shop there ever again and I will be headed up to El Dorado. And one final note The customer service at the checkout is fantastic!
