It took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a breakfast taco. It was around 9:45 am. The coffee was cold. There were 4 to 5 cars behind me waiting.

The cashiers/people in the front didn’t even acknowledge me. The only other person in the restaurant who ordered food had already waited 30 min and still didn’t have their food. I won’t be back.

Took 38 minutes to get food via drive thru and 22 of them at the drive thru window. Restaurant was largely slow with only a few cars waiting and Reviews of nightmares on how long it takes to get food are totally accurate. What’s more puzzling is that it seemed like 95% of the employees were just standing around doing nothing for the entirety of this event. I would have more grace if the restaurant was packed but this was a terrible experience and it seemed like everyone’s order was experiencing this. Icing on the cake: Food was cold

Very slow drive-thru. Messed up order. Have been to better Whataburgers that have a lot better service. Might be a management problem.

In a word...PITIFUL!! Customer service is TERRIBLY lacking and employees appear to have an attitude of "I'm just here for a paycheck"!For the last year, it always seems this particular store (El Dorado and Tollway) in Frisco, is consistently out of several items, nothing posted stating such...today was ice...AGAIN!! When a manager was asked, her response was rude, blunt and wholly uncaring!!! Send a runner across the street to QT or RACE TRACK and buy se real bags to hold the store over until the in store issue can be resolved. It's a true wonder that this store remains open!!

I ordered through the drive-through… Received my order and decided to double check it before leaving, ordered a number one with cheese, they had given me a kids meal, so I went through drive-through again I understand mistakes happen, they said they would remake my burger, gave all instructions, they still got it wrong. they gave me a burger with lettuce and no cheese never have had this experience of any other Whataburger.

The inconsistency with this location has become genuinely frustrating. Several times over the past few months I've ordered my breakfasts and other meals from this location due to it's sheer convenience on DNT/Eldorado while on my way in to work, and it's more or less gotten right, but at this point I swear the breakdown has to be 40% right, 60% wong, everything from getting a jalapeno biscuit instead of a plain one, a patty melt not having any sauce on it, despite no modifications made to the order. While I understand that I place most of my orders before the sun has risen, and that my order errors are comparitively minor, I used to work in at several different restaurants, and from that experience I can see that it's either that someone who should care, doesn't, be it maliciously scheduling people on inconsistent or near-unmanagable work schedules, or someone isn't remembering to get in enough sleep/remember to come in sober for their shift. The inconsistency in order accuracy for most is going to be negligeable to inconvenient for some, but stuff like this is how allergy contamination happens. From reading the experiences of others, I'm not even going to bother contacting them to see if my recent issues get fixed, Whataburger just isn't getting my money anymore.Dietary restrictions: Inconsistency in order accuracy can result in differing nutritional and allergy information
