very bad customer service experience. I shop and love William Sonoma had purchased anelectronic wine opener that did not work and because I purchased it at a different location in Dallas they did not want to help directed me to call the one 800 number me that after the 30 day purchase, there is no warranty and to deal with the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer is William Sonoma on this product, I called the store that I purchased it from on Preston and Park and they are exchanging it for me It was obvious that because a different store had helped with the transaction. They did not want to deal with it or have it on there returns.The purchase was made as a gift at the end of September and did not get opened until mid November. I do understand them having a 30 day return policy but not zero warranty on an electronic item at a store with such high-quality items.I would definitely say that both representatives were quite rude and even if they weren’t able to help, could’ve been a lot nicer about the situation and giving me some direction.

We went Christmas shopping today and stopped in to look for stocking stuffers. I have 5 kids, 3 grand kids and 3 bonus add ons. We had a stroller but to the best of my knowledge that’s okay. Immediately on entering an employee came up to us and just stood and watched us and it was odd. She didn’t say anything. She eventually left us as we proceeded further into the store. Then another employee came and stood by us. After awkward staring I asked “are we good” and she goes “yes you are okay”. I looked at my husband and said “We are out of here. I don’t know if it’s the stroller or if we look like we are shoplifters but this is weird. We will go spend our money elsewhere”. No response from the employee. Just a flat facial expression. If you don’t want strollers put up a sign. The only two other things different about us is that I’m a little bit of a punk rocky grandma person and my grandbaby is mixed race. If it was either of those things that’s on you. Good luck selling in this economy with these kind of practices. I think I know why you might have missed earnings expectations and are down 16% in revenue.

This location is much less precocious and snobbish then the North Park location. It's also super nice to be able to not have to look for parking and you can pull right up to the main door.Where I usually shop online due to the snob factor... Like I said North Park, those employees at WS believe they make more money than the people that are shopping there. They truly treat the customers with respect. Today I had the pleasure of Kim, waiting on me while I was purchasing dinner plates for a dear friend of mine. Enjoyed my shopping and found what I needed without attitude.

The Williams-Sonoma store located in the Frisco, Texas mall is amazing. The employees are very well trained and very friendly. The products they carry is amazing. We took some pictures of a few items and we will compare to others that we have found. We would have given this store the fifth star if it didn’t smell like sewage. When you walk in the door it really takes your breath away. After a few minutes you get used to it.

Was super hard to find. I don’t really go to malls & I was orbiting the mall like a moon. The place is first store on the left, after Samsung store if you enter from the barns & nobles entry way.

Buyer Beware of this store and it's customer service!!! Check inside boxes before you leave this store if they bring things from the back that are concealed inside a box!!! I went in to exchange a silverware set they sold me bc inside the box was a different silverware pattern. Upon asking for an exchange for the correct pattern, the sales lady brought out a used set. It was a floor sample! She continued to tell me I was not allowed to have the original packaging that came with the set. It was take it or leave it with the used set that had scratches on it. I paid FULL PRICE for a new set and had to take the time to come back and make an exchange bc they sold me the wrong item. I was treated like a thief!!!! She did not ask for my receipt bc I guess she assumed I was lying? Their mistake cost me time and money only to be given a used product. I can't imagine treating a loyal customer this way. I received a used product that I paid full price for and NO apology for my inconvenience. Pathetic.

Service is always top notch as expected. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. I received a broken Le Creuset for Christmas. The quickly and promptly assisted with the return and replacement. Well done and keep up the good work.

Was about to purchase the panettone for my holiday shopping in the store but when i looked at the expiration date it was expiring in 15 days. I proceeded to another section going to purchase the ‘Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly Biscuit Selection’ and guess what? Already expired in a October 2022. Can’t believe they selling expired stuff at these prices!

I love this store. I tried buying 3 identical gift sets online but the system only allowed for 1 item to be gift wrapped. I needed all 3 gift wrapped separately. Therefore, I went to the store instead and met with Candace. Candace was so wonderful, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I know, lots of adjectives but trust me. She earned it. In addition to the 3 gift sets, she helped me with a few other items which I've been meaning to buy but have not had a chance or the time to make it to a WS store. Candace made me feel like I was the only customer in the store, despite it being quite busy. She also helped me order online a couple of items that were not in-store that day, and did not charge me for shipping. I'mDefinitely making this branch my go-to store. Plus, it's literally right next to Whole Foods Market, which is also my go-to grocery store. It's so convenient! Cheers!

You can always find something for the kitchen that you need at a good price. And the service is terrific. You won't ever have to say that you can't find help here because they go above and beyond to help their customers out.
