The wait for a changing room was extremely long and there wasn’t consideration that people in waiting in line to try on clothes had been waiting for 15-20 minutes and then made it worse when they said the changing rooms would be closing 10 minutes before closing. I was also told they were closing soon when I got there and it was still 25 minutes before closing. Not only that but their system for waiting behind a line and was rudely told to stay behind a line, when I was looking at their stuff while I was standing waiting. Like there was this special admission in order to gain access to the changing rooms. I prefer the one in Allen.

Most organized Windsor I have been to! Queen was such a great help in trying to help me find my outfit for the night. Will be returning to this location!

All the workers were rude, bad attitudes, unhelpful, and honestly should just be fired. Wasted our time, and didn’t even buy anything because of them. It seemed like all the other customers were uncomfortable as well. Windsor please think about getting better workers.

Just rude. I walked in 10 mins before closing just to look. Never noticed this store before.
Nothing in my hands. Cashier/girl in charge yells we are closing. I was just looking to take a lap that was less than a min.

Horrible customer service from the black lady at the cashier, bad attitude, throwing things in the bag, her tone of voice, we were shopping for my daughter’s homecoming dress and our last time shopping there, I’m glad we didn’t spend more money because I was about to get more then 10 items for myself plus my daughter’s dress and shoes. We were wondering what we did wrong, that’s how bad the service was towards my family. She was even rude to my husband throwing the receipt at him basically. Corporate needs to get involved at this location asap. I don’t have a picture but we went on a Tuesday.

Manager whome I believe is named Quita is an absolutely unqualified and a rotten apple. As a business owner this is someone who will cost this company SO MUCH money with her negative and rude attitude towards other staff and customers. There is no staff that should have to tolerate the attitude and disrespect I witnessed as a customer. Absolutely insane

I tried on 5 pieces today. 2 we’re on hangers and the rest were folded on display. When I finished trying on, I hung the 2 back on hangers. Then I put the 2 with the go back items. I asked the girl in the plaid blazer and doc martens what to do with the items that didn’t have hangers and explained that they came with no hangers and she just looked at me with a blank stare and said , “ok” then walked away. I work retail so I was just honestly baffled by that behavior. To just dismiss someone when they just want to put items away is insanely disrespectful and I don’t plan on coming back here.

The employees here are absolute superstars! I truly applaud them for handling the busy homecoming rush so well. Even though the store was hectic, my daughter was able to find a beautiful dress. A special shout-out to Destiny she was so kind, patient, and made the whole experience wonderful! We will definitely back.

The business may be full, but generating income is another matter. These days, when there's high demand for dresses from young women, they have to limit the dressing room to three pieces per person. We've literally been in line for two hours, and there are still about 10 people ahead of us for the fitting rooms, and each person spends about 30 minutes in the fitting room. I think if they set a maximum of three pieces per person, more customers would come to the cash register to pay.

This place is truly the worst. Employees are rude and inexperienced. No customer service and entitled. I would have posted names but there's no point. These girls dont care and it shows. We left and will not be shopping here ever. Reviews are beyond accurate at this location. Cheaply made and not worth the wait.

The reviews about the store manager at this location are accurate.
Stay far away from this place. Not sure who the manager is but she needs a huge lesson in customer service and she needs to learn how to treat children with respect. I really hope someone from Corp sees this. Have some class and never ever be disrespectful to a child or a customer.

My experience with the staff was very unprofessional. I usually don’t write reviews, but the girl working the fitting rooms was incredibly rude to myself and several other customers she interacted with. She had an attitude about everything and seemed very annoyed. After reading a few other reviews where people mention similar interactions and rudeness from the staff, it seems this is a common theme. They apparently don’t care about customer service.

I just have to give a huge shout-out to Sequaria, Destiny, and Tenecia! Every time I come into the store, they are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. Their customer service is top-notch — they’re always smiling, patient, and genuinely seem to care about making my shopping experience the best it can be.
It’s rare to find a team that works so well together while still making each customer feel special. Sequaria is incredibly knowledgeable and always has great recommendations, Destiny is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and Tenecia’s attention to detail makes checkout a breeze.
This store is lucky to have such amazing employees. I’ll definitely keep coming back thanks to them!
