First of all, I just want to say my overall experience blew my mind and exceeded my expectations in the most amazing way possible. Audrey and Lila were literally like two sweet beautiful angels sent specifically for me today. They’re very knowledgeable, bubbly, non-judge-mental, and helpful; you can really tell those ladies enjoy what they do (and I love that for them).
Let’s talk about the dress…. I’ll say this, MY dress is truly a classic timeless beauty and I can’t wait to wear it❤️. They did have a wide range of other beautiful designs, but MY dress is something special.
My overall rating is a 10/10??❤️

I had the absolute best experience at Winnie! It was very personal and all the ladies made my family and I feel special. I love how one of the first things Audrey and the ladies did was make sure I knew the back store of Winnie Couture and had a thorough consultation of my dream dress and wedding. Audrey made sure I was comfortable and happy through out the whole experience even after I left the store. No one was pushy or made me feel like I had to buy a dress today. She seemed very genuine and wanted to make sure I found my dream dress. One of the coolest things to me was they only had dresses in my price budget out everything that was out my budget was put away in the back. I love how she let me retry the dresses on a 100 times. I know my appointment was later in the day on a Saturday and not one of the ladies made me feel like they were rushing to get me out and just wanted to get off work. They took a million photos and fun videos for me with and without my family. The ladies all took photos and videos with me. Very positive attitudes the whole time. All so everyone was dressed and well presented. 10/10 recommend. And yes I said YES TO THE DRESS.

My experience at the Frisco location was AMAZING!! I highly recommend Emma for her outstanding assistance in helping me find the perfect dress! From the moment I walked into the boutique, Emma’s warm and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience truly special.
She really took the time to listen to me and help me find what I was looking for. I am very indecisive, and she was able to help me find the perfect dress. She truly has a passion for helping brides find their dream dress!
She was patient, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process!
Thanks to Emma, I found the perfect dress and had a memorable experience! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

This bridal boutique has the most beautiful wedding dresses a girl could dream of! Various style options and my two stylist friends Emma and Elaina were amazing and made me laugh, cry… you name it. I felt so comfortable and brought my best friend along! Best first experience ever.

Brides beware! THEY CHARGE YOU TO SHOP HERE. I booked an appointment here based on the good reviews, and when credit card info was requested to book the appointment I thought nothing of it since some other bridal shops require a deposit for your appointment, to be charged only if you no-show which I completely understand. I showed up on time for my appointment on a weekday afternoon (not typically a peak time), was shopping by myself since my family lives out of town, and tried on a number of dresses before it became clear they didn’t have “the dress” for me so we ended the appointment a little early. There was nothing extra provided here - just someone to help you try on dresses as it is at every bridal salon, a dressing room, and a mirror.
After the appointment, I noticed my credit card was charged $27.06. I figured it was an oversight so I emailed them to get it reversed, and they informed me that’s not a deposit – that’s what they charge customers to shop here and refused to refund it. I never would have made an appointment had I realized I would be charged to shop here, and it seems like a shady practice to charge brides to shop at your store.
Before it even came to my attention that I had been charged for my appointment, I told my fiancé this was the one place I would not consider going back to since I felt like I was there to buy a used car, not my wedding dress. I was repeatedly asked what was keeping me from buying today and was told that there would be a discount only if I bought my dress there that day. The couple other salons I’ve been to have not pressured me at all to move forward that day and have told me to sleep on it and come back to try my favorite dress on again to make sure it’s the right dress for me since buying your wedding dress is a special thing and not something you should feel pressured into. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone based on both the experience and their billing practices.

Loved my experience here especially with Shaylee she was amazing during my stressful journey of finding a wedding dress she was super patient with me and was really helpful during the whole process!! highly recommend Shaylee as your wedding stylist here at winnie!

I made an appointment here for a Saturday at noon. Almost a week after making the appointment, they texted me to confirm my appointment. I texted back to confirm to secure my appointment. 4 days later (5 days before my appointment), they call to tell me that they have double booked my appointment and need to cancel or reschedule my appointment for another day. Seems pretty unfair considering I had a confirmed appointment. I will not be making a new appointment as it seems they have very bad customer service.

Daniela was absolutely amazing. I was not expecting to say “Yes” when booking my appointment but I did! They worked with my family and I so nicely ! If you need a bridal gown go to Winnie and ask for Daniela. An absolute dream!

Lexis was WONDERFUL! I have gone to a few wedding shops but this was by far the best experience I had. Lexis made me feel the most comfortable and relaxed when choosing my dress. She was very patient with us even when I was being indecisive. I would recommend this shop specifically because of Lexis!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Winnie Couture especially with the help of Jennah here in Frisco. I had the most magical time picking out my dress and felt so special and supported through the whole decision making process. Jennah was so accommodating to not only my mom and I but also got my little brother engaged with the dress shopping experience. She was patient and listened to everything I was looking for. She even had recommendations sent to me in video the day before and a lineup of what I wanted in a dress! All of the gowns were absolutely breathtaking and you will NOT be disappointed with your decision to shop here or say YES to the dress ?? I recommend this store over and over again!

My experience with Winnie couture was great. Nadine was so nice and helpful she helped me chose my wedding dress without pressure. I would recommend anyone getting there wedding dress here.
