I was having some financial issues paying off an engagement ring and Brandon, the sales rep helping me, was so patient and kind the entire time. He was super easy to talk to and helped ease any anxiety I had while I was on hold with my bank. He was also very friendly and helpful as I was looking for adjustment options at an earlier time as well. Highly recommend him and this location.

Super happy with the service and our purchase. Only concern/dislike: we sent the new ring to be resized and were told we would get an email once it came back. We ended up calling a few days early just to see if it came back by chance and it did….but we hadn’t received and email or a phone call. Why wouldn’t they call once it came in? I mean, best case scenario you’d want to let your customer know good news, right? Anyway, we went in on a busy Saturday and were still greeted and treated like a priority. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. Just ended up getting what we were happy with. We appreciate the team here just wish there were better communication set in place for when repairs come back.

Terry at the Zales store at Stonebriar Mall is absolutely wonderful! I brought in my jewelry for warranty check and needed to send in a pair or earrings for repair. She was such a joy to work with: patient, knowledgeable, and solved my repair quickly! I am so happy with her assistance and highly recommend Terry and this store!

Store didn't open at 11 as posted. Store associate informed me it would be 15-20 after 11. Why even have store hours posted if not followed. It's bad business

I had bought a Citizen watch at this location and while the sales associate Tess was friendly, she was not very helpful. First she wasn’t even familiar with what discounts are all there for their products, the watch was on sale and she tried to charge me the full amount at first. Then I told her about the Mother’s Day discount but she couldn’t find a way to input the discount into the system, and spent almost 10 min trying to figure out how to get that to work. And after purchasing the watch, I asked her to remove a few links off of the bracelet and since she had the watch I asked if she could setup the date and time for me as well. She sounded like that was a challenging task because she really had no idea what to do. It took a whole 30 minute to remove 5 links off of a watch bracelet, a task that only takes 5 min at the most if I had the tool myself. She had to ask another associate to help her out eventually. But like if you don’t know how to do it in the first place, why even waste customers time and not let the other associate do it instead? And the time/date was also never setup. So needless to say the after sale service here definitely is subpar and they need to start hiring associates that’s actually trained on all the basics.
Last but not least the watch ended up being defective. At night the lume on the hands did not work it and it only lit up on the indices instead. So it was impossible to tell time in the dark.
Which means nobody even did a quality check on the products before start displaying and selling them to the public.
