BEWARE!!! This company is horrible! Do not buy from them if you want something in a timely manner!!! Zuri Furniture lied to me about the availability of a desk I wanted to purchase. They said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I made sure before placing the order that their time frames were correct. Zuri Furniture assured me the desk was in stock and would be delivered within 3-5 days. 3 Days had passed, and the item had not even shipped yet. So, I emailed for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said there would be a restocking fee. A restocking fee? I have not ever received the purchase!!! I am still fighting with the for my refund and still do not have my order. BUYER BEWARE of ZURI FURNITURE.

This staff is not stick to whatever they committed. We liked a chair and asked for different color. So they showed it in monitor and we ordered one since they told that if we don't like it then we can return so that they will process full refund. And we thought of ordering more chairs if we liked it. But we didn't like the color and we requested to initiate return but they told that there will be charges if we return it. I tried to explain them about the initial discussion but they decided to charge for return. It was very bad and they were not able to stick on whatever they committed.

Think twice before purchasing from Zuri. They will not stand behind there products. Very low quality for highly priced furniture. Purchased dining room table and 8 chairs. All the chairs are suffering from poor quality and workmanship. Packaging bubbles were used for inner padding. Faux leather material overstretched on framing causing material to crack and peel.I was only offered a small discount on the purchase of eight new chairs. My response was why would I ever purchase anything from you again. Still waiting over a month to hear back from management.Now your making excuses. Chairs were inspected by professional upholsterer. Material was overstretched. Still you have never replied to my email and phone calls. Lies and excuses. Very unprofessional response.

I purchased their ENCORE leather couch.The quality is very poor inspite of the high prices.Do not purchase here. The customer support is good. They responded back to the email I sent but they are asking $474 just for the headrest which is very high. It has just been 18 months since I got this couch. My advice - do not buy please.

I am utterly disgusted with my experience with ZURI furniture. Less than a year ago, I made the grave mistake of purchasing one of their outrageously expensive leather sofas, and I regret it more with each passing day.To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The quality of the sofa is abysmal, to put it lightly. The leather is peeling and cracking, revealing the shoddy craftsmanship beneath. It's as if they used the cheapest materials available and slapped on a high price tag, hoping no one would notice.To make matters worse, their so-called "customer support" is nonexistent. I've attempted to reach out multiple times, only to be met with silence. No responses to emails, no callbacks – nothing. It's like they took my money and vanished into thin air.This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of ZURI furniture. Don't be lured in by their flashy website or promises of luxury. It's all smoke and mirrors, and you'll end up with a subpar product and absolutely no recourse.Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and, most importantly, your hard-earned money. There are countless other reputable furniture companies out there that actually value their customers and stand by their products. ZURI is not one of them.

3rd and last purchase.A once decent co. Is now one to avoid. Terrible service and quality has gone down, but hey we pay a lot more for average furniture. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls get nowhere, aroundsBuyers beware

Garbage 'Made in China' furniture that they overcharge because they use a 'modern' typeface and pretentious names for their unit models. AWFUL stuff, stay away. Also their staff in the Lewisville warehouse, in particular Ethan Rodriguez, couldn't be more abhorrent. This is just my opinion.

This place is a joke. Ordered table for delivery beginning of May. Since, all I get are emails saying out of stock, will be End of May, then emails saying out of stock, will be beginning of June. Then emails End of June. Then Beginning of July. Then end of July. Now i get email saying my table is not coming till End of August. What a joke. They take your money to fund their business. Never intend to ship what you ordered. I have filed claim on my payment and will be letting the BBB know about this place.

Poor support, quality, and customer service. Took a long time for sample swatches to ship. Product shipped did not have all the parts. I return the product but did not get a refund to my credit card instead was only given store credit, this was not in alignment with their return policy. After 2 months, they finally agreed to refund to credit card. Manager would not honor an offer that was made by account team for the inconveniences caused.

To sum it up, they just DONT CARE about you! The one star is for the furniture which is beautiful...service is awful, customer service reps do not care and are not solution oriented. Order came 6 months later than originally promised. I was told my furniture was ready to go before I even paid (that it was in the warehouse ready to ship). Don't listen to them, they lie, and just want your money upfront. Gave me $75 back after calling them 5 times which is a slap in the face for a $5,000 order being 6 months late. The worst part is that we had white glove delivery and they refused to take the boxes with them!! Really?? Zuri's margins are huge on a $5,000 order and they don't want to make the customer happy and do right by taking the empty furniture boxes? (we were the last stop and their furniture truck was empty anyway). Give your money to people who actually care about you!

We love Zuri Furtniture for their modern design and fits to our new house. And also with their professional and kind service of installation and follow ups, we were so happy about it.

They tried modern look but cheap quality and over priced.I had some issues with coffe table and called them but they never tried to fix.Finally I just did card dispute and was fixed.They replaced old one to new one but new one was displayed one in their show room.Can you believe this?It's possible at ZURI :)

Very Disappointed with Zuri , We have bought this sofa plus dining table on June2022. Submitting the review now as i have been fighting to replace the sofa as it got damaged on one seat but i am failed . There is no proper customer care received, we have noticed a damage with in 2 days and informed the same on 3rd day of delivery but the issue was not addressed. Leather material ,if it has small crack it will expand and cannot be fixed later . If i am requesting the replacement , they are keep offering me 60$ store credit which I have not expected from a big furniture store , means they are not understanding the customer concern. I blindly went and bought the furniture though it is expensive , with the confidence on ZURI as a big firm and will have proper customer care , which they proved as they do not deal the issues after the fact that furniture is sold. I think ZURI should have a disclaimer stating that ' Furniture thorough check after delivery will be Customer own responsibility and report of any issue after 24 hrs will not be addressed ' . Hopefully this review will help other customers while buying the furniture from ZURI.

The quality of the side table is excellent , the table is beautiful modern and functional, there’s no assembly and that is the reason the box is so big and packed very well, l definitely will bay from this store again , five stars

Like their designs but the problem with Zuri is their delivery and customer service. Buy with fingers crossed but if there's any issue you'll be wishing you heeded the warnings of the non-five-star reviewers. Their white-glove delivery is simply not. Don't expect it to be. You're paying to be treated like dirt inside your home instead of just in the garage. And customer service is only there to ignore your concerns until you give up. You will too eventually ... for your own sanity. They know this. Good luck.
