For some reason Avis stopped doing the vehicle inspections with the customers and hand out a piece of paper for them to self perform it. Some don't even know what to look for. I have recently suffered from this negligence or policy change. Seriously evaluating my other options to Avis if this doesn't change.

Excellent service! I’ve rented cars on this location several times and never had issues. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Needed a car same day for a one way trip. called and they said they had a car for us. We paid over phone but we got there and they said otherwise.. No cars and they arent supposed to rent out any more.. Luckily someone returned a car so we ended up getting one... The people there were great but the lady on the phone who made our reservation almost screwed us.

Worst experience .. they dont care about customer satisfaction and all they need is about getting money.. we had a one-way drop off from airport and it was on saturday came few minutes late and the store was closed, there was no drop off service onsite and returned the car next day early in the morning before the store hours begin and asked us a favour but they didnt respond and cared about it.They can literally look at the miles and check whether we are telling the truth or not but all they cared about are the rules

Very poor customer service. Counter person told us to pay on-line even though we were there in person. This resulted in “pre-paying” which doesn’t allow for refunds for early returns. No help from counter person when we tried to return or from the out of country call center. Lost hundreds of $, and will needlessly put A LOT more miles on before we return.
