Awesome wash

My husband and I took his truck to get washed. We paid $25.00 which isn't bad if the car wash actually works however it does not. The brushes on one side were not functioning and the truck looked dirtier when it was done. We didn't even bother to try and get our money back but we wouldn't have even gone through had the lady taking the payment informed us of the broken equipment. We should have looked at yelp before coming.

Really bad car wash! Half the brushes didn't work, still have soap all over, I could have blown on it myself harder than the blowers. The kid that scrubbed and sprayed it off before driving through did a better job.

I have used Hula for several years. i took my SUV in for a thorough cleaning and was ashamed as it was so dirty. We live on our horse farm and it is impossible to keep a vehicle somewhat clean. The young man and woman who cleaned it were very professional and did an amazing job on the interior and exterior. My Audi looks brand new! I will be going in more often to keep it clean!

BAD Customer Service. I just left the Hula Car Wash and left with such a negative experience. This was about the 3rd time I had washed my car here, most time I would usually do the $20 dollar wash and I was fine with my package given how much I paid. Today, the manager Rafael, did an up sale of the $45 wash, and tried to convince me what it was literally like me "doing a detail of my interior" I really didn't need it, but I told him I can give it a try. He even gave me a $5 discount to convince me. It was a lady that cleaned my car. When my car was completed, as expected, I needed to compare the result of my typical wash with the plan they sold me . The dash board was still dusty and had water marks, the trunk still had dust and I saw a couple of stains on the back seat, which I pointed out for them to clean. The lady was willing, but another employee ( who by the way did not clean my car, a black male) , jumped in an immediately without trying or checking the stain, said it would be $65 to get those stains off. It would be a chemical clean and that was another package? Of course I know he was just trying to be difficult or dismissive, So I told him to give me a cloth, so I can show him it was an easy clean. The lady who initially cleaned my car quicky got a cloth and cleaned off the stain with no issue at all. As should have been, that should have been the end of that service. Instead , The male worker , then start to yell at the lady cleaner to make to charge customers for extra work ( in front of me the customer) , and then turns to me and start to yell and talk back rudely that I need to stop being cheap and pay for a higher plan. As I tried to explain or even have a conversation, he continued to talk over me and wave his hand dismissively. He did not back down! I was in so much shock and I called for the manager. He stormed off and told me to go look for the manager myself, and points to a distant office door. I walked over to the office and , no manager. The lady again being helpful goes to get the manager. As this point I was really upset. The sad apart to this, was how the manager handle this after getting to the scene. I told him, his employee was so rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers, and that he should be fired with this type of attitude, but cynically instead of addressing the issues, the manager starts to ask me if i was a christian, and if I knew today was a good Friday! How provoking! His insincerity was unbelievable. .. not really addressing my concerns ( lack of delivery on the up-sale, rude employee and unpleasant experience ) . Overall, it was a horrible customer experiences! The owner needs to train it's staff! My concerns could easily have been deescalated by the employee and especially by the manager. Instead he was enabling the employee and also undermined my complaints. Train your staff... Customer Experience matters! Hula should read about the Chic-Fila business model! Repeat business is not only based on skill , customer service matters too!

The employees at this establishment are extremely unprofessional and rude. My mother and I have been coming to this car wash for a while. Today, after the service was completed, we noticed a very obvious white stain on the seat. My mum asked them about it, and they immediately started saying that "it wouldn't come off without extreme chemicals." However, the employee who had actually worked on our car came over and wiped the stain off easily with just soap and water. Then, another man--who looked to be around 20-30 years old and wasn't even the one working on our car--started scolding the woman, saying, "If they want seats, charge them $65 instead of $45." The woman appeared to be much older and more respectful. Naturally, my mum wasn't going to pay an extra $20 just for a single stain. She told the man that in the past this was never an issue and asked to speak with the manager. The man then began screaming at my mother, telling her to "go walk over there and find him herself," and accused her of being cheap and not wanting to spend money. His comments escalated the situation unnecessarily and were extremely disrespectful. When the manager finally arrived, instead of addressing the issue, he asked us if we were Christian and started talking about how "we are all equal in the eyes of God." He kept avoiding the actual problem and went off on a rant about hierarchical nonsense. All we wanted to know was why this man tried to charge us an extra $20 after someone else had simply wiped the stain off. Meanwhile, the rude employee went and sat in another customer's car, watching from afar and laughing at us. Eventually, we left. But unless you want to be treated like complete garbage, I don't recommend coming to this car wash.

I won't lie, if there was an option lower than one star I would pick it. I took my mustang since they sent out a free car wash coupon in the mail, and after the car wash it was full of scratches. Not only did the car wash leave it full of scratches but the customer service is terrible. The manager of the store is a complete jerk. The day following the car wash I went to talk to the manager about it and she was just a complete jerk basically telling me I was wrong while yelling at me. She also refused to provide me corporates number or anyone else I could speak with because she was clearly no help. DO NOT take your car here to get it washed unless you want your paint all scratched up. I now am taking my car to get a paint correction because of this car wash.

New cars or special paints should not use this car wash!!! Talk about ROUGH TREATMENT! The drive through is only a rinse. At the entrance, a guy uses a brush to soap the car. The same brush they use for tires. This actually left scratches on my clear coat! You only enter the drive thru for the rinse cycle.

The vehicle itself is cleaner than before, so that's a plus. But you couldn't pay me to believe there was a single wheel brush that touched these wheels. Was I expecting completely clean tires like a hand scrub? No. Was I expecting spotless wheels on each nook and cranny? Not at all. But these look pretty the same as when I arrived at the car wash. If it hadn't advertised "wheel and tire cleaner" on the wash options, I'd maybe not have assumed they would look at least mildly better after going through the wash.

I give this company no stars. They said their machines were down then said well we'll do a quick wash then you can come back for the detail. Well. Their quick wash with whatever machines they could get to half way do the job ended up sucking the plastic coating off of my Mercedes' buttons on my door-only one door but they told me oh it's just your car this happens with Mercedes'....THEN WHY NOT TELL ME YOU CAN'T FULFILL THE SERVICE!? I'm EXTREMELY upset was told to call manager but their phone lines don't even work. Plan to send a certified demand letter because it's not right to damage someone's property like that if you KNOW your equipment will do so. Not to mention, one of the carpet inserts that goes inside my door pocket was sucked up that's how hard their suction is and they didn't even notice! I told them and they had to dig it out or the TRASH! The plastic from my door melted into one blob ans fell on my running board and they still didn't even notice. And the promise of a full detail next time??? After I let them do their barely 10 minute hand wash and went to check out they said that was my detail so they completely went against their word and all of the services listed in the detail were not performed. WORST experience customer service wise I think I've ever had, horrible car wash, broken down equipment, they do not stand by their word, just bad business all together.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've been going to this car wash for years. My husband brings both his police car and personal car here as well. Today after they hand washed my car the guy jumped in to pull it into a bay. As soon as he took off he hit the curb. As he's pulling into the bay I noticed he's coming in at the wrong angle and before I could say anything he hits the column that divides the bays. I tell him to get out of the truck I will back it up and pull it in. Upon inspection he's torn up the entire side wall of my tire and scratched my rim. At this point he looks me dead in the eyes and said he didn't do it. It was already like that. Now I'm furious!! I watched him! I go get the manager and he continues to tell her it was like that before. He didn't do it. Thank god there was another customer there and says yeah I seen him. They weren't even going to refund me. If you care at all about your vehicle and the hard earned money you put into it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I'm not sure how this place remains in business. They were happy to take my money but they didn't think to mention that my 3" lifted truck (which will fit in any parking structure) wouldn't fit in their carwash. What kind of business plan is that? Minimum clearance wasn't posted so I asked the kid doing the prep wash what the minimum clearance was and he didn't know. I had to back out and didn't even wait for a refund fearing the mental giants here would waste more of my time than it was worth.

I am thoroughly convinced that this absolute worst car wash in the area. Years ago, after moving into the greater Fulshear area, I was a regular hula customer. After changing ownership, service levels imploded while prices became unreasonable. After staying away for years, I decided to give them a shot. WHAT. A. MISTAKE. Im obsessed with having clean cars and cost car washes often. I have memberships at numerous car wash memberships so I can bring one of my cars during the work week in town or others so I can get them washed closer to the house. Having experienced so many, I literally cannot think of a more poorly run operation. I'm not suggesting that this local catastrophe is just slightly worse. It's "hold my beer, watch this" worse. Sheer incompetence on parade. Poorly trained personnel, broken machinery are just the beginning. I witnessed them actually employing practices that damage fine leather interiors. Management argues and yells at customers. It's so horrific, you're wondering if there are hidden cameras somewhere. I wanted to retry hula a few weeks back and found that the car wash tunnel was broken. Came back again and the tunnel was broken again so they offered a hand wash. I agreed as a good hand wash is preferable to a machine wash. Went inside to pay but they said their credit card machine was broken. Asked how I could pay b/c I don't carry cash so they pointed to their ATM machine that charges a fee. I opted for their $30 wash and needed to pay $32.50 bc of atm fees. An irritant so far but not terrible. After waiting about 45 min, I found that they had applied "ArmorAll" to EVERYTHJNG. Even the entire steering wheel was DRIPPING with leather. Every surface was just irrationally bathed in grease. Maybe many don't know this, but this is a horrific practice. It destroys the soft supple nature of fine leather. The nice matte finish will now gather dirt. Car washes who do this still don't cake steering wheels with it. This would seem to be common sense as NO ONE wants greasy Hands. The right thing to do is to use saddle soap and a proper leather conditioner. For a new truck with paper plates and new car smell- you might just skip it or just condition the plastic surfaces. I saw what had happened and grabbed a towel and started to remove the greasy substance myself. Another employee told me that he knew this was horrible and started to help. He also pulled the employee who had made the error aside and trained him. A few minutes later after doing my best to remove the oily substance, I started to leave. After pulling the truck out from under the awning and into the sun, I just saw more greasy leather. I got out and asked the cashier for a refund. Told her that I would have to go home and spend an hour with my own cleaners to remove the grime. In reality I was fairly upset that my new leather steering wheel and dash would look like they were worn 5 y/o parts. I also stated that there were still finger prints all over the doors. The windows were still dirty and the motorized steps were still dirty. The manager came out and started to argue. Rather than offer help she literally started yelling at me and then called the owner. For those of you who read this far, let's make some conclusions. How effective is this manager if their machines have been broken, credit car machine doesn't work, employees are poorly trained, and she has no sense of proper customer service. What does this say about the ownership of the dealership? It doesn't seem that they make the proper investments in machine maintenance and they don't know the first thing about hiring competent leadership that understands customer service while attempting to operate a service business. There was one employee who jumped into the truck while I was arguing with the manager who did his best to remove the substance. This is the same person who commiserated and coached the employee after witnessing the error. To his credit he did a decent job and was able to remove 70% of the armorall.

The detail I got from this establishment cos almost $500 dollars. Are you joking?! Then the amount of people who worked on my car kept changing according to the "manager" as he pushed me to pull more money out of the atm machine to pay "them". This place is both sketchy and a scam.
