DONT come here at night. I went into this CVS tonight around 10pm. The lady that works here very rude and unfriendly she gave me the most evil look! No HI welcome to CVS. Then she started followed me in the isles. She was foreign short curly hair very unprofessional many people out of work and she in here treated customers like they are nuisance. I know some people who would love to have her job.I had a question but the evil eye she gave me I decided not to ask for help. She walked past me twice and didn’t say a word but started following me rolling her BIG eyes! She needs to be fired. This is a nice community in Fulshear most people are very nice. I was shocked at her behavior.

I literally called over the phone to confirm that they could do my passport photos. They said yes and I get here they now tell me the machine is broken. Why not mention that on the phone?

The customer service from the lady that took my passport photos was great, she was fast and really nice. But the quality of the pictures is bad. I went along with people's opinions on the internet saying that cvs had the best quality. NO, dont waste your money, you might as well go to Walmart and get the same for half the price

I walked in for a consultation, the pharmacist didn't bother to get from behind his counter, with his perfunctory attitude asking If I need to have a private conversation, I explained why I'm visiting without looking he suggested I see a physician, I drove after that to HEB and Dr. Areej helpled me choose an over the counter solution that worked like magic. I will not come back to CVS and the useless professionals like the pharmacist that didn't bother to help me, he's a bald, couldn't catch his name so that is his description. noting the staff were friendly, so was he but he was too busy to spare a minute of his time, I will go to HEB for my medicinal needs and pass by CVS like they do not exist.

The picture quality at CVS is better than Walgreens and Walmart. My prints always come perfect at CVS photo.

Lets just say that if my life depends on receiving any medication or help i will take my chances an drive further. Absolutely unacceptable customer service on pharmacy side. I really tried several times to use them as they are very close to my house. Customer service 101 course is a must.

The pharmacy is fine. So they get 1 star. But the store is awful! I did self check out and was waiting forever for an employee to help me check out age restricted meds. A lady walking around on her phone pretending to be shopping turns out to be an employee! She saw me already and just ignored me several passes until I called for someone else in the stock room and he said, "she works here!"
