Lets just say that if my life depends on receiving any medication or help i will take my chances an drive further. Absolutely unacceptable customer service on pharmacy side. I really tried several times to use them as they are very close to my house. Customer service 101 course is a must.

The pharmacy is fine. So they get 1 star. But the store is awful! I did self check out and was waiting forever for an employee to help me check out age restricted meds. A lady walking around on her phone pretending to be shopping turns out to be an employee! She saw me already and just ignored me several passes until I called for someone else in the stock room and he said, "she works here!"

Today unfortunately is closed. 9:13 am?This pharmacy is being managed by a very bad management. I am sorry for the bad management of this pharmacy. I hope that a competent and responsible manager will be found. Very bad store manager

I love this pharmacy. It’s near and I always can get the necessary things there. It’s easy to get my prescriptions and they remind me about the refills.

This cvs is doing some shady stuff. I have medicaid for my insurance and everytime i pickup a prescription they try to get $30 out of me. I tell them, i have medicaid im not paying that. They close the window and come back with the same medicine and say “ okay your total is $0” oh really? That was easy. Now it seems they found a new loop. And they are getting the medications from manufacturers that aren't covered by insurance. Still trying to charge the same $30. They are predatory and also annoying. Several times the woman pharmacist denied my prescription bc “ it was too dangerous with my other prescription” i didn’t know pharmacist upgraded to doctors???? You would think the doctor knew what they were doing writing the prescription.

terrible services yesterday I went to ask for my order, that I wait for 20 day and wh I ask what happened why take long time, the manager say you can go another Pharmacy what costumer service, they're suppose to give you the solution for how you get the medication!!!! But the manag ignore me and told the employee tell her !!!she can go another pharmacy so sad, at this time I don't have my medicine.

Zero stars!!! This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been. It used to be good idk what happened. pharmacist changed and everything went downhill the people there helping him are so rude and it's on their face they hate being there therefore treat people very disrespectfully.

BEWARE and read this before choosing to go to this pharmacy!!We got some prescribed medicine for our daughter in 3rd week of March. When we were there to pick up the meds, they had the name wrong (both first and last name) for all the meds though date of birth and address were correct. When we told them the name is not correct the pharmacist Didn’t bother to correct. He told us, “we will do it on our system . It’s ok to leave it on the meds and meds info sheets.” He claimed the meds in our insurance and we paid the uninsured parts in $$$.How could someone working in this service do this kind of life threatening field as well as not protecting someone privacy.When we approached them later, the other pharmacist told us that she is going to call their manager and person in charge to make corrections and get back to us.It’s been 4 months nothing has done from CVS.It’s so disappointing that a good pharmacy like do this kind of Service and mistakes and not taking any effort or ownership.

I'm not trying to play the racist card it's something for the life of me I don't understand with a group of people in my race, it's give me great pause..I believe in treating everyone equally personally...I had many of the worst experiences with staff members . I don't understand why they feel so comfortable being rude towards me over the phone very unprofessional. The machine said you have a prescription ready and they say you don't very confusing ..I'm suppose to give them a pass we both of the same race (NO) I'm sure they don't show the same kinds of energy toward others racists.. I'd had so many problems with CVS over the years I changed pharmacy's then turned back around and went back, but to just regret it again never again. I have enough to worry about with my own health..

I have to agree with the other one star reviews. The area has grown so much that they are understaffed and cannot handle the traffic. If I was not bound to Atnea and their agreement with CVS I would be back at the old Krogers in a heart beat. They know you by name and seem to care. So if not on a plan that makes you use CVS I would try the old Krogers

Terrible service. They take more than 24 hours to process orders received- then sometimes after waiting that long, you're told the insurance does cover it or they are out of the medication.

Probably one of the worst pharmecy I ever been to. Not recommended for prescription medicine. Very rude and unprofessional staffs.
