The inside of the store is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Was pleasantly surprised by what they carry. Now I know I don't have to go to Lowes or Homedepot for repair items for around the house.

Bought a Stihl hedge trimmer about two years ago. It was getting hard to start so I stopped into Ace Hardware and ask them if they could check it out for me. They said sure, bring it in. A few weeks later I bring in the hedge trimmer and they tell me they don’t service these items. I am pretty sure they do but their employees do not know that they do.I have a Stihl trimmer, chain saw and hedge trimmer. I guess I will go elsewhere for my Stihl supplies and service.The employee actually told me that they don’t “service” Stihl products but only do repairs. But he didn’t think they could work on mine because I didn’t know what was broken. This was not a young teenage employee - an older guy. Unbelievable

Always a helpful and friendly experience here. They are a little higher priced than the big chains but I would rather shop local and receive better service for a little extra.

It is so nice to walk into a store and have people care about you. I am not searching up and down looking for someone to help me. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and service is fast.

Super knowledgeable and friendly employees. It’s a much faster trip than running out to Lowe’s or Home Depot. You can check in app or call ahead to see if they have what you need.
