I have been with State Farm since 1979 and obtained a quote from them prior to buying a Ford F-350 truck, but after purchasing it, I contacted them and advised that I needed to add it to my insurance, based on their quote, only to find out that they said they wouldn't insure it since it would be used for Work (Hot Shot) and personal. I about lost my mind and was very disappointed in State Farm for not asking me these questions when I originally requested the quote.John with Thrive Insurance was referred to me by my agent's staff at State Farm to find a quick fix. Not only was John knowledgeable, but extremely kind and got me through this with quotes and direction of what I needed to know and do.I would recommend John to anyone I know! You won't be disappointed.Just wanted to give a big shout out to John and say thank you once again for your help and kindness!

John was extremely helpful when we were looking for a policy for our home. He was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the policy to us and that helped us understand what we truly needed. His customer service is great. If he doesn't answer the phone, he is prompt to call me back. I would highly recommend John for any of your insurance needs. Thrive Insurance is the greatest! I have been with John for several months now and have excellent. I got in an accident (I got rear-ended on the freeway). I called John, and he asked me if I was ok and if anyone was hurt. Nobody was hurt, which was good. John walked me through the process and gave me the number to the claims department, and even gave them a heads up to make the process smooth. I have never had an insurance agent be so involved, and the highest level of customer service. Thank John! I definitely will refer you to everyone!
