Constant missing or misdelivered packages and mail. If you need something important delivered, don’t use this location or arrange to use a different carrier service. It’s been the same mess since 2019 and good luck getting hold of anything that’s wandered off in their custody.

I had an issue with my mail and I called to the post office and Anthony answered and took my information and said he would research it. A few hours later he called me to tell me that my box parcel key was placed in the wrong box and they had retrieved the box and placed it at my front door. As busy as this place is for him to go the extreme mile means a lot. Thank you!

It's great having a post office so close, but Fulshear has outgrown this one. The town have grown so quickly the little post office for a town of a couple of thousand can't handle the influx. Maybe next to the Library?

Super sweet people! Helped us immensely as new residents of Fulshear. Gave us all the information we needed to make sure we got all our mail.
They are amazing how they handle such a huge area in such a small space. I see them sorting mail in the parking lot! Great credit to these USPS Workers who operate under these conditions!

Worst USPS I have been to. I wanted to give zero start! Worst customer service. Rude employee. Try to avoid this place if you need the postal service.

get the blonde mature lady she tells me they dont do the services I asked for sent me to another location, when I go to the location I have been told they could do the services I needed at Fulshear postal office.... go figure

If I could give them half star I would. I really wish them all got fired and have replaced with decent manner people. Very rude lady. They shut the door at 4 pm while other post office close at 4:30. I was just asking if I can get the envelope she said come back tomorrow when it is open. Usually envelopes are outside by the P.O. Box but this one they put it next to their counter. What a worst post office.

It’s the worst post office I ever seen
The black lady in the front is very rude! They don’t accept my parcels because the shipper address is at Katy . It’s don’t make any sense wherever the shipper address is! It’s their job to do it. We pay for the service not to get the rude service. There are so many shipper service out there as UPS and FedEx… they should take care their employees, if they don’t have a good pay or find someone else.

Those who give low reviews...don't you realize that this location and staff are overwhelmed by the massive growth in this area and the ten-fold increase in demand and productivity? Have you heard of any future plans for expansion? Instead of leaving bad reviews, take the time to write our local and state government officials and demand some additional space and resources for this location! Give these folks a break!!

Possibly one of the worst post offices in the area....Moved here recently and didn't know where to get our mail so we visited this place.
The trainee in the uniform didn't know what to do so she asked the lady that was wearing a dress, possibly her supervisor and then we were handed a post-it note to write down our name and number and someone from the post office was going to get back to us.
We scoured the neighborhood going to each cluster mailbox in sight and tried the key to see which mailbox would turn......
Luckily we didn't wait for this useless post office to call us. Since 2 months has gone by and still not a word from the post office.

No way to contact anyone. Just a recording that blips every 5 seconds saying “I didn’t get that”
