Will never use them again. We were out and the unit was cleaned and swept by the end of the month, but because they required a FULL 10 day notice before you can be out, and that crossed over into the first day of the next month, they required us to pay the FULL next month. When I reserved the unit through U-haul, they had a $50 reservation fee that was supposed to go towards my monthly payment. When I got to the unit I found out that that fee is not a reservation fee, and doesn’t go towards my monthly payment AND 51 storage requires an ADDITIONAL non refundable $50 reservation fee that also doesn’t go towards the monthly payment. So the fees were more expensive than the unit I rented. Absolutely frustrating considering you have to pay $100 for just the PRIVILEGE of renting a unit. We only rented for one month, we’re forced to pay for two, and lost two months worth of rent in fees. No thank you, never again. I will use anywhere else in the future.

We have been renting two units for years. Never had a problem. During COVID fell on hard times but were always given a chance to bring it up to date. The place is always kept clean and up to par. This is a safe place to store your stuff. I will give them 7 stars. Angy, you rock.

Store here at your own risk. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Last time I was in my locker this place is infested with rats and there were rat signs everywhere in my locker. Fast forward to now and I have had some financial difficulties, they have threatened to auction my unit. I have been professional in trying to get info from them about what date and time the auction is and they refuse to tell me, they haven't followed property code laws pertaining to timeline of notices being sent as they admitted to me today they still haven't sent notice to me but did tell me finally they plan to sell my unit on 5/24, which doesn't even come close to allowing the time I am allotted according to law to remedy the unit and balance. I asked about when and where they posted the public posting and was ignored, I tried still to get a time for the illegal auction and was told they couldn't tell me anything else and to "have a nice day". This place operated like it the 50's and they're in the backwoods of small town USA, not like they have regulations they have to follow. Avoid this place like the plague, they're unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and rude.

I wish I could give more stars!!! Wonderful facility, and very well maintained. The ladies in the office are some of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever done business with. We rented a large 10x20 (for extra storage space) for several years, and also a smaller unit for a few months (while doing some repair and remodeling on our house). Both units were perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend if you need extra storage space.

51 storage has been a good experience for me. It's well kept and secured. I'm able to access the gates through my phone and able to pay online.

Nice, clean and very well maintained facility. Rented for 2 years and never had any issues. The ladies in the office were very friendly and professional.
