This place was such a perfect place to shop for antiques, and everything you just didn’t know you wanted but needed. I could have spent all day and the next week just browsing. If I could give it a 100 I would.
The lady was so sweet, helpful. I am so happy we went.
I am from Louisiana and I wish we had a place like this in a hundred miles from where I live, I would be there weekly.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and just being so so nice.

What a thrift store should be! Tons of selection and very reasonable prices. I’ve been in four times and the owners and staff are always so friendly and welcoming!

I found this little hidden gem a few months ago quite by accident in Gainesville. Since then I have visited several times and never been disappointed. There are so many vintage and antique items to see, the prices are reasonable, and Cindy, the store owner, is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Yesterday I took two of my friends there, and they loved it as much as I do! We had such a good time browsing through the store; we bought so much, it took several trips to get everything in the car! Afterwards, we went to lunch at a local restaurant Cindy recommended. With all the excitement, we had forgotten a few items we paid for in the store. Would you believe Cindy actually found the items and brought them to us at the restaurant? Now that's customer service! If you have not visited "A Few Things" you need to check it out, you will not be disappointed!

The most diverse and well priced vintage & antique shop in the area! A complete trove of treasures! Not only that- the owner Cindy is genuinely a people person, customer service oriented and wants to make everyone feel at home. She allowed our 3 year old son to take her lovable dog Cash by the leash and play with him while we shopped. I found some lovely coasters, with real silver, handmade in England. It was my favorite thing! Don’t sleep on this hole in the wall- it’s long, huge, and an experience you’ll need time to explore. We love it!
