I was in a bind needing my husband's suit and shirt cleaned for a funeral the next day. I arrived at 1030am and the items were ready for me to pick up same day. That is small town great customer service. I'm so thankful they were able and willing to help me out!

I had a very expensive shirt get damaged and they were more than accommodating to my situation. The owner offered to reimburse my shirt, and I declined. I was upset but more at the manufacturer, however he did refund my entire dry cleaning charge. I am more than happy with how they handled the situation, and will never go elsewhere.

Dropped off 2 pair slacks & a nice dress button up 4 days ago for "Bulletproof Starch". They know me this has been my preferred option for months now. They are very high priced so I expect GREAT NOT GOOD QUALITY. Period. No questions asked. Well I went to pick up my things and they were not heavy starched. The lady said she would redo them and I said no I would just like my money back she said no. I will never return to this place and also thinking about a lawsuit for theft of service. Yes over $22.00. More so to prove a point and have justice fulfill itself. Tired of these businesses getn away with bullshit from the little guy.
