“I took my work truck in for service. It was overheating and ended up needing a replacement of the radiator and head gasket. The service department was already closed, but the general sales manager took care of everything on a late Saturday afternoon and even set up a loaner truck for me to use while mine was being serviced They ended up having to order some parts and asked me to bring the loaner truck back and swap it for a different loaner, which was even nicer than the first loaner! When it comes time to purchase my next truck, I will be going to Glenn Polk for sure!”
“I was a couple of hours from home when my Cadenza overheated, and Bolt Auto Care took care of me like I was a local regular. They replaced my radiator and thermostat quickly, kept me updated the whole time, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism.
What really stood out was what happened after the repair. I had some more unforeseen issues but they still stepped in, offered help, and did everything they could to support me even though I was already several miles into my trip home.

“I can’t remember the managers name but on Monday 11-20-23 she went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for the Ball Garland in Blue and Silver(cowboys color)I needed three more. She took the time to call several stores and look at her delivery list to see it she’s get more in. She was able to time me some. Corporate needs people like this working. Needless to say the Dollar Tree in Denton on 288 not one person offered to call for me,said they was to busy.”
“Tried to help me find the right battery. Sold me a similar model when they discovered they didn’t have the right part number and explained how I could return everything if it didn’t fit. Ended up having to return the battery and they gave me a full refund and let me take my core back which was very helpful as most places will have a core charge when buying auto batteries”
